Absolute joke!! So incompetent! So unprofessional!! Their privacy and security is so floored
They have allowed some random stranger to use MY details to sign up without my consent but do nothing about it and in fact they protect the fake user instead of me. Their customer service is non existent. No help what so ever! They don’t reply. It’s extremely frustrating and difficult to live chat with them and they never fix any issues or give a dam about their customers. Steer clear of this disgraceful site..will only cause you so much stress

In the past. I’ve received my withdrawals within 3 hours,
But for some reason not this time,
It has been over 12 hours now, and haven’t received. And I’m unable to start a chat on website to talk to someone about it

This is the biggest rip off casino I have ever encountered! Absolutely horrible. I was a new player, I put in a withdrawal request and my account was closed immediately with no explanation, when I enquired as to why I was told I had multiple accounts which I absolutely do not have, when I asked for proof of this I was locked out of my account and cannot even access chat.. DISGUSTING!!!

Have been using for some time now and the service they provide beats the other 2 websites I use by far.
Government tries to shut them down but they find a way to still provide service to their customers.
At 8.00pm on a Sunday I can request cash out of 6k and have it at 11pm the same night.

They not to be trusted...I been playing this game for ages .I deposit in everyday..and I've got a big win 3 days ago ...they logged me out and then I couldn't log back in they said my account been restricted permanently....and there is no contact at all you gotta talk to a bot and that's no help at all

1. There's no ability to direct contact
2. The Withdrawal form is incomplete in all honesty its a mess i had to basically guess where to put things .
3. The chat is just a bot I've no ability to talk to an agent .
4. If I see the withdrawal maybe 2 stars if the problems get fixed maybe 3 .....max needs a lot of work.
