A truly excellent service. I am so delighted with my Mulberry bag, it is exactly as described and in amazing condition. Amy was so helpful and very quickly responded to all of my queries, even sending me additional photos. I would not hesitate to order from The Preloved Bag Boutique again. They really have a fantastic choice of designer bags and accessories, the site is so easy to use and the customer service really is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Happy customer
Bag arrived quickly and exactly as described. It shipped from the UK all the way to me in Texas and it took less than a week. The bag is in very good condition. In fact, some spots I thought where the leather needed to be re-colored ended up being dirt that came off with a toothbrush and some mild soap. It was a little dusty around the seams, but cleaned up nicely. This is my first pre-loved bag and my first Mullberry and I’m very happy.
