I've had the pleasure of working with Diego on two occasions and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, attitude and follow through. My first experience was a little over 3 years ago when he had the daunting task of selling my prior property to time with the purchase of a new property as I needed the funds from the sale of one to close the other. He was relentless in helping me find a new, larger property and then when we found one, he coordinated the dual closings so expertly he alleviated all my initial anxieties and the closing went through without a hitch. It all worked out so well that when I unexpectedly had to sell my recently purchased townhouse to accommodate a job change and an out-of-state move, I called Diego right away. Moving out of state, I needed to rely on Diego to handle a number of non-sales related issues that he helped with without complaint. This new sale closed in record time and I really feel I got the maximum return for my dollar.
