So royal Mail managed to deliver my package to another address , even though it clearly showed not my address I emailed puffin hut not sure if Chippenham or Bassett , I received a call from Charlotte who listened and said look into matter . Within hour she phone back saying Royal Mail might delivered to my neighbour house by mistake or because I wasn't home which is lie as I'm disabled and housebound . My neighbour away for week as well . Charlotte sent me replacement out and was delivered next day . Amazingly to right house this time . My neighbour daughter visited and seen no package left at here at mum address so completely unsure where this gone . But way Charlotte listened and understood and settle matter was well above everything and so much appreciated. I always brough from here and never had any issues delivering before . Thank you Charlotte for amazing service 😁

No one does customer service like puffin hut! I’ve used them for a few years now and whenever I make an order that’s unusual they call me to check it’s correct. I’ve never had a company that’s so considerate. Even when I’ve struggled processing a payment ( I was putting the card details in wrong) they called me to help me. They chuck in a freebie every now and again and they always send it out the same day. I’d never use anyone else as they go above and beyond what’s always appreciated!

My Bank stopped my payment, for security measures, and I was concerned as to whether the order went through, as I had attempted to place the order more than once. My enquiry email to The Puffin Hut was responded to by Michael Taylor in super quick time, which allayed my fears. Fabulous service, thank you

I had an issue with a faulty product that was later raised to management. The store called me to apologise and sent out two new products (and some freebies). I appreciated them going to extra mile to resolve the issue.

What a dreadful experience! Last week I went in to purchase vape liquid. As a partially sighted and disabled pensioner, I could not remember the brand and they could not look it up as their Wi-Fi was not working. The man offered me one which I could mot see properly. I checked that I could exchange it the following week and left with my purchase
Today, upon returning to the shop, I was given several excuses as to why they could not swap my brand of vapes. Finally,, a manager lady came in and said that I was not telling the truth! She had come in as I was purchasing the vapes and said she had seen me choose that brand and for health and safety reasons she could do nothing.
I do not purchase anything that I cannot see properly unless I can return it. I object to being called a liar…especially in public. I will not be using this shop again

I use puffin hut for my vape juice. I’ve bought a vape from them twice now. My first one I was too heavy handed with and dropped a lot. That’s the vapes fault. I love that they give recommendations for vape juices, but sometimes I ask for some and request that none of them have menthol or ice as they irritate my sinus’. The odd time their recommendations have had either in and annoyingly once you leave the shop you can’t return them! I always buy in bulk, so to spend £20 of vape juice I won’t use, is REALLY frustrating. I do like their point system and having money off is great!

All in all, it’s a great vape shop!

Product faulty and they would not offer new or refund so unfortunately not good customer service

Friendly and helpful with no pressure. My partner and I bought two different vapes after lots of good information and advice from the shop. We are both pleased with our purchases. So far we have managed to stop smoking cigarettes for two days. Thank you!

I always order online from The Puffin Hut, have been for months. Fast delivery, and some great mix and match offers on the e-liquids that I frequently buy.

I've only had to contact support once, and the answer was quick, courteous and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Quite simply the rudest, most arrogant and unhelpful staff.
A well known brand, although not bought in that store (apologies for having just moved to the area, how rude of us) was met with "you can't get a coil for that in this area, go back where you bought it"
There are ways of saying "we don't stock that"....and that wasn't the nicest option.
A reputation for being all knowingly arrogant is, clearly, well deserved.....and all the other vape shops in town agree....not a customer friendly shop.

Amazing!! Always used Puffin hut when they first came to royal wootton bassett but they stopped doing my liquids so I started buying online. A friend mentioned they sell the elf bar liquid flavours so I've started using them again. Cutting a long story short I went in to buy a new vape as mine kept stopping charging and I'd already sent 2 back as faulty. The man advised I bought a new plug and tried that. It worked! He could have quite easily just took my money. I'm super impressed. Thank you Puffin Hut :)

Customer service is shocking did not help one bit and that's over 2 out of 3 shops then offered 25p off what a joke keep that mate and stop being rude to customers

Lovely staff in the Lawns Swindon store.
Particularly George and Aled, who never fail to remember me, what liquids I like and all round make shopping easier, they are also such kind and personably people.

Great shop, always got a lot of choice from liquids to equipment. George and Aled are fantastic, always happy to help and give advice when needed. Will never go to another vape shop, best in town. (Lawns, Swindon)

The Puffin Hut in Beechcroft, Swindon, are very helpful, it's always a pleasure to visit their store. Great range of liquids & now I've moved from Swindon I find their website a godsend. I ordered yesterday and received my purchase this morning. Best price on the internet too, which is a bonus. Very speedy & efficient service. Thanks guys! You're providing a top notch service :)

Such helpful and informative staff who really listened to my requirements - Freshbrook Swindon. I visited on Sunday as I was frustrated with leaky vapes, battery faults and which vapes need which liquids/coils etc. The lovely young man in the store was so helpful and really listened to what issues I had experienced and came up with the perfect product which was actually right for me. I now actually understand how my new vape works, why the last ones leaked and which coils I should use. I really cannot recommend the Puffin Hut highly enough.

The Puffin Hut, Chippenham is a great vape shop! The staff are very friendly and highly knowledgeable. I often visit the shop but also order online where the delivery is always prompt and the next day. Thanks to all the staff at this branch for a fantastic service. 11 out of 10!!

Absolutely awesome, Popped into Chippenhambranch of Puffin Hut today 12/08/2021 about 40 mins from closing. Was welcomed in to store , very friendly and the advice and knowledge was on point. I got everything I needed without a single hint of patronisation due to my 0 knowledge. Free Parking right outside and full masks for covid procedures. Unlike the shop a few doors down all Puffin Huts items are 100% authentic , backed up with a very fair returns policy clearly explained. Everything you need in a vape shop and the range of vape juices is outstanding. Puffin Hut chippenham are superb 5/5 ❤️
