DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam!!! I sent the product back to them a few days after receiving it. My husband was not happy with the product. He said the neck massage dug into is neck too much, so he had me return the product. This is a poorly ran business and all they want is to take people's money even after the product gets returned. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY... THERAPEXA!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I ordered my unit on 12-21. I did not receive it until 2-21 after many failed attempts to ask about the order. I used it once and was in more pain than before I started. I have chronic neck discomfort. I have emailed for the required return code no less than 10 times, with no response. I have tried to call and the phone number does not work. Stay away - save yourself the $135+. If a company cannot provide any customer service they don’t deserve your hard earned money. Buyer Beware.

I have dealt with this company since January. Took forever to receive item. Didn't like it so finally got them to respond on how to return. I mailed it back and since then I have received no contact from them after numerous attempts. I finally disputed the order with my credit card company and they will take it up with them and the credit company refunded my money. I WOULD NOT under any circumstances ever do business with this company again and this is a warning for those thinking of buying anything from them. AWFUL!!!!!

IT'S a SCAMMMMMM. I ordered the Therapexa November of 2025, off of the internet after watching a News Caster demonstrate how well it worked. As soon as I received it, I opened it and requested to return the product the same day, because the is not as advertised, the product was the size of a teenager, didn't fit, and it caused a sever pain in my neck and shoulders. It has been 4 months, and the only response I received said, "My product would be shipped as soon as they clear up a hack". They also said, We kindly ask for your patience during this process and respectfully request that you refrain from initiating chargebacks at this time. Chargebacks can further delay resolution and order fulfillment for all customers." No response on returning or receiving a refund. It was advertised from a News Caster is why I ordered it. Since then, there is no telephone number to call, or any additional contact information or name. I received an email that requested me not to contact my band to reverse the charges, but it never address how to return the item. Now I only receive advertisement emails, that will not stop coming. I have opted out of receiving emails, and they still keep coming. If you have money to throw away go ahead. This is a SCAM, just as another reviewer said. I believe Therapexa never had a return policy, they only included the verbiage on the internet to trick customers into paying for the product.

Therapexa is a total scam. I ordered three units well ahead of the holidays in 2025, two as gifts, one for me. They arrived and mine didn't work properly. Charged overnight; wouldn't start. The blinking red light never gave a charged indication. It did turn on once, for about ten minutes. I wrote the company to initiate a return. No answer. Following their instructions, sent another request to initiate a return with order number, etc. No response. I took a chance and sent the units to the recipients. And they are experiencing the same issue. Machine won't start after charging. So embarrassing. I'm out three hundred dollars. I would give no stars here but it's impossible to give no star and leave a review. Do not order this product!

Still waiting for my $400.00 refund from them. Unopened products were mailed back to them in Texas with their return label over a month ago.How long do you think that will take. Worst company! Do not buy anything from them.

I’m only giving Thera Pexa 1 star only because you have to give them at least 1 to get to write a review!
They are the worst company I have EVER dealt with.
I ordered Christmas gifts from them only to have problems!
I received a package on January 12th that I refused. I tracked the package and it’s been delivered back to their distribution center and they also kept my money.
After so much frustration I have no product or my money!
DO NOT order from them!
Their phone number doesn’t work and they don’t answer their emails either!!!

I got this for Christmas. When I tried to charge it, it would not charge. I tried many times but the lights continued to blink so I emailed the Therapexa as it stated in website 3 times asking them for guidance in returning the malfunction equipment. No answer so I emailed the BBB in California where their HQs is located and Therapexa never responded to them. As advised by BBB, I now have to contact the CA Attorney General. People need to know that this company is a scam and fraud.

Absolutely a terrible experience. No phone. No response from e-mails. Got 1 extra order by mistake. No response on return of the extra item. Confusing ordering website. Find other massage alternatives.

Wouldn't respond to refund request at all. Sent sn email a day for weeks. Hate this company. Don't buy anything you see on Facebook.

I wouldn't give TheraPexa 1 star but I had to check a star in order to say something. Buyer BEWARE, there is no customer service or if there is, they've been instructed not to respond. I been trying to get a return label for 2 months without response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service from TheraPexa. I purchased the neck and shoulder massager on December 1, 2025 for $125. Not only did it arrive more than a month late—well past Christmas, the date it was intended to be given as a gift—but when it finally showed up on January 7, 2026, it didn’t work at all.
The charging indicator light would switch from flashing red to flashing white and the device refused to turn on, no matter how many times I attempted to recharge or reset it. I contacted customer support immediately on January 8th and received no response at all for nearly three weeks. I followed up multiple times and only received a brief acknowledgment on January 27th saying they would “look into it.” After that, I once again heard nothing.
As of now, it has been weeks with no resolution, no replacement, no return instructions, and no meaningful communication. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service failure. All I want is a working massager or guidance on how to return the defective one, but getting any response from this company seems impossible.
I cannot recommend this product or this company based on my experience.

I would rate this company a 0, if I could. I ordered their shoulder/neck massager and changed my mind about the purchase without opening the package. Had to threaten going to my credit card to get them to send me a return label, which they finally did provide. After several weeks I did not receive a credit (I had the proof of delivery from the USPS) and I tried to contact the company, no response. Finally had to go to my credit card company to get them to reverse the charge. Stay away from this company, no customer service!

Wouldn’t give 1 star if it was possible. Order for Christmas didn’t get til February. I’ve been trying to return. NO response to email at all. Started emailing in January when didn’t receive. Don’t but for these people

Ordered in December 2025 as a Christmas gift. It's now February 12, 2026. I have received NOTHING. An e-mail telling me the item had been shipped, and providing a DHL tracking number arrived in early February. The DHL tracking number provided tells me there's no record of that shipment. I've e-mailed the "company" three times (they don't have a phone number - should have been a massive red flag). I've received NO response. None. Nada. This company is rip-off DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This company is unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I used PAYPAL to pay for purchase and had to contact them to step in. They were able to reach out to Theraplexa and I finally received the neck massager after well over a month. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Their main goal is to rip off customers of their money instead of providing a great product and customer service.

This company is non-responsive and a terrible service company.
I ordered a massage device as a Christmas gift on Dec 2nd. It didn’t arrive until mid January.
Since it was extremely late all I wanted was to return it. The company has failed to respond to over a dozen attempts to get a return address/label.
I can’t call because they don’t have a phone number.

Scam. Ordered in December and never received the product. Company kept sending false shipping labels.

What everyone is saying is unfortunately correct. I ordered December 2 as an xmas gift for my wife, received it mid Jan. She says it doesn’t work well, is cumbersome to use, and is actually painful (pinches rather than massages). Tried to return it and no response from company. Have emailed multiple times. No phone numbers provided on website. DO NOT BUY
