This company claims to be an American company. So I ordered something over a month ago for Fourth of July. Look at tracking and see it coming from china. I thought I was supporting an American Business for Celebration of America. That was kind of disappointing. Had to update it because I was blown away by the shirt when it did finally come in. Beautiful design!!! Just as pictured.

1. They intentionally put a wrong mailing address on my order.
2. Their help email does not respond.

I placed my order with “The Red First” on the 15th, and on the 19th they told me it was “on its way.” That statement was false. The tracking only shows that a shipping label was created! Today is 6/27/26 —there is no indication that the package has actually been shipped.
This is completely unacceptable. They’re lack of transparency and conflicting information make their business appear fraudulent. I will be reporting this. Buyers beware! I even paid for second day.
They also have a 714 phone number, yet your business appears to be operating out of Texas.

When I went to the red first website, I was doing so to make a donation after the murder of Charlie Kirk. After buying several shirts, one for rack of my four kids and one each of my wife and I.
Since buying the shirts I have continued to receive email from the group and I have bought several more shirts because I like the messages that they put on the shirts.
The website is easy to use and the shirts are made of quality fabric.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order on June 8, and my credit card was charged $41.43 the same day. On July 14, I received an email claiming that my shirt had shipped, but the tracking link provided did not work. Instead of showing any shipping information, it opened a blank page.
As of July 24, I still have no proof that my order has actually shipped or that it is being fulfilled. I attempted to contact the company using the phone number listed on its website, only to receive a message stating that the voicemail box had not been set up. I also tried sending an email to their help email address and again the email didn’t respond. The lack of communication and the inability to reach customer service are unacceptable.
Because I have received neither my order nor any verifiable shipping information, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and request a full refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers deserve accurate shipping information, responsive customer service, and confidence that their orders will be delivered as promised and The Red First fell well short of that.

DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY like I was.
After reviewing what looked to be a very professional web site with good reviews and finding exactly what I was looking for, I placed my order on June 7th. I immediately received a confirmation and a tracking number. Here it is June 23rd and still no product or follow up communication from the company.
I initially contacted the company after seeing no package movement from the tracking number, and Red First responded by saying that the package is still in transit. After another week, I contact Red First again and no communication back. I contacted (UniUni - the carrier they "Use") this morning, and they indicated that they don't even have the package.
It clear by now that something is terribly wrong. I trusted this company with my money to get the product I ordered. I ordered these tee shirts in plenty of time for the 4th of July holiday. I see no way I will get them by the time my family arrives at the end of this month. I don't have any more time to spend on this. This should not be my job! It looks like I will have to contact my credit card company to contest the $65.17 charge. I hope that others will do their homework and not make the same mistake I did and be sucked in by this "USA Family Owned Business". As a result, I can't even give this company one star.

I ordered a 16"x11" cutting board that should have had a design on it with "Dad's grill" written in the design. I received an 8"x6" cutting board with the words "Design 1, Dad's grill" on it. An absolute waste of money. Will be working on getting my money back

My order number was Order TRF59299796. Do not purchase from this company. They market themselves as American owned and operated however their items are made in and shipped from China. They did not respond to my email after I emailed them asking why it was coming from China when all over their website they mislead people by having American owned, all over it. I could not find anywhere on the site indicating items are made and shipped from China. It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive (and from seeing other reviews, I’m lucky it even arrived). The beach shorts I ordered were HORRIBLE quality. The sizing chart is not accurate in my opinion and I felt like my thighs were going to bust through the seams. Extremely thin material and looked like it was digitally printed by a 3rd grader. I emailed for a 2nd time wanting a refund because they claim “satisfaction guaranteed” with a 30 day return policy. But of course, they don’t reply to my email AGAIN. I know they actually do check emails though because my first email simply asked for tracking information. They replied to that email quickly though, but it’s also when I started to question why it was sent from China. They conveniently didn’t reply to my emails with a complaint but they did to the email just asking for tracking info. They try to tug at the heart strings by stating how they’re a “small business” all over their website. I’m a small business owner myself, so that’s why I gave them a chance because of that. But even if they are a small business, it doesn’t give them an excuse for HORRIBLE customer service and blatantly misleading their customers. I even stated in my email that I didn’t want to make a public negative review that could hurt their business and that’s why I went to them first to make things right but when they ignored my 2nd email, I wanted to give this review and warn others. Just because you’re a small business doesn’t mean you SHOULD be in business. If you can’t handle things better than this, then you should close up shop in my opinion. Go read reviews on Facebook as well and you’ll see they only have a 23% recommendation score. I will be reporting them to the BBB because I believe it’s just a complete scam company.

Hi - I ordered an XL. The size is maybe a medium. Chinese sizes so beware. The would not issue a refund becasue the tag said it was XL. Also, very poor quality material - synthetic fabric. Garbage. $50 wasted.

total scam, order placed 06/09 for 2 t-shirts, shipping was $17.90, website says flat rate of $6.95, emailed that the order was shipped via USPS on 06/15, 7 days later nothing in the system, and you call the number on the website you get a recording saying "you have reached a number that the person doesn't not have their voicemail set up yet" SCAMMM !!!! Look at their Facebook page and the reviews.

I purchased a patriotic Hawaiian style shirt from them. The next day, coincidentally, 2 fraudulent charges were placed on my credit card for the same price plus ten cents.
The website leads you to believe it's in the US, but my shirt shipped directly from China. It did arrive within two weeks.
The fabric of this shirt appeared to be a poly cotton blend on the website, but it's actually made of a shiny mystery cloth. The shirt has no fabric content or laundering instruction labels, and the company has refused to tell me what it's made of!
The shirt color on their website had a tan background. The shirt I received has a salmon (orangish pink) background. The construction of the shirt is shoddy.
When I complained and asked for a refund, they offered me a 20% refund on the shirt price (nothing about what the shipping cost me).
Price of the shirt plus shipping cost over $50. The Red First customer service has stopped responding to my emails. Don't order from this scam website.
There are many reviews that say the same thing about fraudulent charges showing up after making a purchase with this company. The Red First should probably investigate their employees to find who's misusing customers' credit card information.

The web site says American owned small business. So I wanted to support it. My product has NOT come in the promised time AND I have not received my purchased product at all. PLUS the product is being shipped from China. In trying to contact customer service the phone number says Westminster, CA and the business address is in the state of Texas. That should have been a red flag. I did not do my homework and check the site out on Trust Pilot beforehand either. So I am out the money of the purchase and the product. Very disappointing since I ordered the product in enough time as a gift for a very special event.
UPDATE: So I received my order and while I will say the quality is excellent and a absolutely beautiful piece. I received it well after the promised date AND the special event which was an event of lifetime and will not happen again. The global partner is China. So while you might order in the USA it is is coming from somewhere else and the customer service needs improvements.

DO NOT BUY from this company!!! Not only were the printed stickers we got cheap-looking and poor quality, but immediately after using them, we got charges on our debit card from out of state parking at a ball game and crazy things like that. Then we kept getting recurring charges, even after replacing the debit card we used. The charges were sent through as a recurring payment. This company is not only really bad, but criminal. This began in April and yesterday I got another notification of a “recurring payment.” We have reported them and thankfully our bank is working with us to get all the charges taken care of.
