Canary wharf branch closed down by baliffs, with no pre warning or offer of refunds for pre paid treatment. The staff at the branch that is open is rude and refuse to refund customers.

I wouldn't bother with this place. They have been issued a writ of possession in their canary wharf branch and Harley street branch are claiming they had 'a flood' and temporarily closed. I've been fobbed of for 3 days chasing them because they have taken my money and not provided me a service which i had to pay up front. Terrible customer service who expect you to just chase. Stay away.

Had a very informative consultation and was able to book the treatment for the following week.

Treatment was painless and I am very much looking forward to seeing the results !

A stunning spa located conveniently at Cabot Place in Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing one hour aromatherapy massage today. The therapist was skilful and courteous and I was able to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this spa.

Loved my facial today. The girl who treated me was very skilled and also incredibly nice. She used Dr Russo's products that I found effective for my delicate skin and then treated me with a special machine that tightened my skin and made me look 30 again. I had the most relaxing time. Looking forward to my next facial soon!

As a woman nearing her mid 50's I find this to be a very relaxing, enjoyable and effective facial. I am now on my second course and would highly recommend it. The luxurious massage and attentive care of the therapist adds to an experience that is well worth the money.

Ive been seeing Dr Russo over a number of years and tried a few different treatments of which I have had great results from Thermage, Fraxel and very natural resulting Botox. I also want to note Debra, who manages the Harley Street clinic, puts you at ease with her warmth and naturalness.

I always receive a warm welcome from Dr Russo and Deborah in a very friendly and professional environment. Dr Russo always has time to answer all my questions and his advice is invaluable. I am extremely pleased with the treatments and their amazing results. I highly recommend the clinic.

I’ve been going here for Botox for a number of years and have been very happy with the service. The reception team are very friendly and always try to fit you in. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once but the results were nowhere near as good and I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Highly recommended

No one enjoys going for a waxing appointment but Roma made the experience quick, painless (not exaggerating either!) and as dignified as you can be in that ‘situation’. Came straight out and booked a course at reception. Would highly recommend.
