Too bad I didn't read these reviews first. Just as I completed my last item to make the min withdrawal they decided to short me ,$0.40 making it just below withdrawal min. Their just a scam and I'm reported the company to my AG fraud by deception. They have nothing but bad reviews with the same complaint as mine.

This place is a joke. The one I did was the rewards vault. Different name but basically the same thing. I spent hours to reach the ‘alleged’ $100 cash out. once I got to just a little over $100 I went to cash out and got an email telling me that they would review my info in 3 to 5 days and send my payout. It’s now been 12 days and nothing. I sent them several emails and I did get a couple emails only saying that my email could not be delivered back. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews on it first instead of wasting all that time on it. This website has to be making money off of sending people to these websites to download and play the games and sign up for certain things. That’s the only reason why they would do this. They just keep all the profits for themselves. They need to be shut down and then prosecuted for fraud or theft by deception or something.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is a SCAM! Don’t waste your time. I’ve requested cash out over a dozen times and not once have i recovered any type of communication from them. I have sent requests in to the help desk over a dozen times and nothing. Never have I heard back from them regarding anything ….ever. Places like this need to get sued . Smh

I have been waiting for my payout for over a month and customer service is not responding. Waste of time.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Seriously, do not waste your time! I spent time and signed up for offers to receive a gift card. The minimum to redeem a reward is $25. I have $29.28; I went to redeem and got an email saying it would take 3-5 business days. I waited and waited and nothing ever came. I tried to redeem again & again & again; same results! Eventually I contacted the help desk 3+ times and never even got a response!!! I’m gonna just mark it as a loss and delete the pass; not worth the headache!

I’ve been waiting for my pay out and nothing it said 3-5 business days it’s been a week people needs to stop creating fake things to hype people with money if it’s never going to happen
