Clear head and more energy !
This was my 1st time using this type of supplement , I’ve seen it around and as someone passionate about health and wellness I was very curious if I would see any benefits after using it. I have noticed a boost of energy right away and even though it was recommended to increase the dose slowly, I used the same amount as I found it to be very effective , when I increased the dose it felt too much for me. My head space became clearer as well while using the product. Be aware that it will leave stains so use it very carefully.

I tried methylene blue a few months ago, and it was a wonderful experience. Since then, this bottle of methylene blue has become my trusty companion at the first signs of a respiratory infection. I gargle with it and feel the effects almost immediately.
