The product was delivered on time and in tact

I have drank a lot of different types of rum in my life. I spent 10 months in Belize whilst serving in the military and l had a lot of the local rums whist on tour, but The Rum Company have exceeded my expectations. I would like to say that you have given me the best rum l have ever tasted throughout my lifelong rum tasting experience. Thankyou 🍹

Never had any information to tell me the item had been dispatched as per their email 🤷‍♂️

The delivery did not arrive in time which was disappointing as it was a gift. The 48 tracking number service was unhelpful as I had no idea what was happening with the order. The company AI service was useful as l received an email the following day giving me an update but unfortunately it was still another day before it arrived. The rum is lovely but it missed the occasion it was ordered for.

Only been doing the subscription for two months but thoroughly loving the surprise package that drops through the letterbox so far. As an avid rum lover I was half expecting to receive items I already own, but not yet. Early days I know, but two entirely new bottles each time. Great items, great delivery, great subscription 5 ⭐️

Really high quality spiced rum. The spiced rum equivalent of a fine single malt. Loved this (Dragon's Breath)

Fantastic range of different rums. Delivery was very quick and everything arrived in pristine condition. I got the rum collection for my partner and the quality of the rums is amazing. Will definitely be purchasing from the rum company again, especially the banana and caramel spiced rum!!

My bottle arrived damaged - through no fault of the Rum Company, it was Royal Mail’s mishandling. I contacted the Rum Company immediately and without question they replaced and I received the next day. Great service. Will definitely use them again.
