TOTALLY HAPPY - Top quality hat…
I ordered a foldable Panama hat on 17th Dec… even with all the issues with Royal Mail, the hat arrived today 20th Dec!! Soooo happy! Having bought numerous hats on holiday I MUST say this is far superior to any of the straw type trilbies you buy from the little beachside shop! In fact, it’s so sturdy that I thought they had sent two by mistake!!
I am more than happy THANKS VERY MUCH!!! Decent price too!! (Loved the little note)

Absolutely fabulous scarf . Beautiful pattern and very soft . So happy as it was delivered very quickly as I had expected. Great service and value for money . Loved the personal touch with the message sent with scarf . Will definitely buy again from this company . Highly recommend .

Fantastic Find
Wow, what a fantastic find!
I ordered a hat & a kimono and the quality is fantastic.
Delivery was within 48hrs, and the package was beautifully wrapped and the personal note, very much appreciated.
I will definitely order from The Scarf Giraffe again, and have already recommended two of my friends to have a look.

Lovely little shop.
Lovely little shop with excellent customer service. I ordered a paper foldable hat to take on holiday with me and it arrived speedily and in perfect condition with instructions on how to keep it this way. A lovely personal touch is the hand written thank you note.

Red women's panama hat
Ordered the red women's panama hat which I thought was great value. It arrived in a week, packaged really well. The hat is very good quality and really stylish; perfect for my travel plans. It also came with instructions on how to fold, along with its own little bag. I would definitely recommend.

More than impressed
I was more than impressed with the goods when they arrived. The quality was excellent and evrything was packed with care. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong hat for my husband but a phone call put that right and another speedy delivery brought the hat carfully packaged along with a personal note from Nicola. I have already recommended this company to friends and have no hesitation in giving a five star review!

Amazing
Got a grey embroidered scarf for my mum and the scarf is so beautiful & amazing quality. The price was good and honestly I would assume the scarf itself is worth more than what I paid for it, its pretty on the website but was pleasantly surprised as it’s even prettier in person. The care that goes into the packaging was also so nice I was very happy with this. although they do offer gift boxes, the packaging it comes in on it’s own is already nice and you can tell
a lot of care has been put into it so it looks cute when you gift it to someone. The timing of the delivery was also great it came within 2 days
