I’m very disappointed in this website…

I’m very disappointed in this website primarily personal choice and the lack of available people apparently in my area, I have tried to cancel the subscription and the system doesn’t recognize my login email or my password so I have no way to continue the cancel, any help would be appreciated

Cooperative team and all tried to resolve my issue which was caused by my Facebook feed suggesting a local dating site was so when in fact turned out to be mostly American and not local to Queensland Australia.

Also super concerned about how hard it is to reach customer service

And how difficult it is to cancel membership… Always find it super great greasy with the automatic renewal every month… When they hide the cancellation and make it super difficult to find.

Team was helpful, but the premium plan I signed up for indicated unlimited chats but didn’t clarify I needed a mutual match first. That should be explained to potential customers first. Misleading

waste of time.

I am in Australia. I found the site was a little difficult to negotiate. On first signing up, there were a few profiles near me, but on further investigation, all these profiles disappeared, and I was constantly getting "No results found." I changed my location, (with difficulty) to two major cities, and still got "No results found". I contacted their help line, and after explaining the situation, was offered a 50% refund, which I was reasonably happy to accept. I note there are many profiles in the US, but apparently, none in Australia.
I have since found several profiles in Melbourne and Sydney, but now I must buy “credits” to contact them. Even though my account says “unlimited chatting.”
