Customer service second to none
Customer service.
I have had the same machine for 29yrs.it needed attention so I decided to push the boat and purchase a new one. I made inquiries at a depart store. They didn't have the information I wanted so I contacted The sewing studio. After a short chat they suggested the machine I chose. Also had a discount of £50. Cannot praise this firm enough. Wish I lived in Redruth.

What a great experience
What a great experience. I ordered a lot of material at a great price. I got a call next day to say there was an issue with one item. They offered me an acceptable solution, didn't just do it. Fast delivery and absolutely beautiful, quality material arrived. Im delighted and will definitely be a returning customer.

This is a great little shop with a big heart! The packaging and shipping are so fast and efficient, Everything is packed very carefully. I love the tutorials. Jeanette and Katrina have a wonderful sense of humor and can make me laugh. There is a great selection of notions and fabric.
