DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Would have given zero stars if I could 😡

Had to chase delivery as it was very slow. I’d had an email stating order had been dispatched, but it obviously hadn’t as the date stamp when it finally arrived showed the date of the day after I made contact. Contact that they don’t even have the courtesy to reply to…

When items arrived they were in refillable, unlabelled, leaking bags which, frankly, could contain anything and will end up in the bin.

Do yourself (and your wallet) a favour and spend your money on another, reputable site!

Placed my order on the 3rd April and still not be delivered. I have tried contacting the website and the fb page 5 times it’s nearly 3 weeks since I placed my order! I can see this has also happened to others and I will be reporting this company to trading standards. I also know lots of people who know the owner so I will be spreading the word not to order from lees shampoo club! Absolutely out of order and the owner lee sweeney should not be able to get away with taking peoples money and not sending their orders!

Well wish I’d come on here sooner I would have known I’m not the only person with issues . Had problems since October but February was worst only part of order arrived . Doesn’t answer messages on either site or emails . Very disappointed

As per the last review. Goods ordered on 25/2 and never received. Facebook page messages have been disabled on their page so I messaged the salons page and was promised posting the following day (9/3). Nothing received again. Messaged a week later and told the owner would message me back. He didn’t. Got an email saying dispatched but no tracking number (16/3). Still no delivery. Messaged again 22/3. Promised he’d post first thing with proof of postage and message. Nothing and now being ignored even though he’s seen the message. £50 out of pocket now. Please don’t waste your money.

The money was taken for my order. I received a notification the item had shipped but there was no tracking information. I have tried contacting them via email and their contact page and have had no response. I have not received my item and there has been no update to the shipping info.

Still awaiting order that should be here for Christmas ordered 2nd December I know there are postal strikes but the shampoo arrived but not the 3 gift sets I’ve had no response I’ve emailed messaged and commented on Fb page so not happy and don’t know whether I have to go out and purchase alternatives at a loss as I’ve already paid

My orders have been missed three times, I have to chase my orders however my money leaves my account on time.

This last time there was no apology, just telling me to check the Mail office? It was posted on 23/11/22 today is 8/12/22 so 2 weeks and 1 day and still no products

Terrible service! Ordered items and they never arrived. Apparently they sent a replacement - again never arrived.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! They also ignore messages sent to them!

Lee’s products are the best, I’ve been using his hair products for nearly a year, and I love them. Last year I experimented with my hair colours and my hair was really dried out and easily breakable. I found Lee’s products at end of last year and I started using them, my hair never been more healthier and shiny. Thank you so much 😊
