2 Bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people only
2 bedroom apartment in Malaga totally not suitable for 6. Table and chairs for 4 and only one sofa that seats 3. If there had been 6 of us it would have been uncomfortable. Decorated lovely and very central but the towels didnt seem like they had been washed they all looked a bit grubby and 2 had marks on which in my opinion would have come out with a wash. The lock once inside did not work, the knob just kept turning with no effect, as 3 females would have been nice if we could have had that extra lock as if someone had known the number they could just walk in.

We understand your concerns; however, as your reservation was for three guests, we were a bit surprised that this was an inconvenience. The apartment is equipped with sufficient kitchenware, bathrooms, and bedding to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. That said, we truly appreciate your comments and have shared them with our team for possible improvements.
Regarding the door, please rest assured that it is fitted with a fully secure electronic lock system. It cannot be opened from the outside without a code, and each code is unique and non-transferable for every reservation. For this reason, there is no additional internal lock, as the system automatically secures the door.

The apartment itself in Málaga was clean, well located, and generally nice, which makes the overall experience particularly disappointing. During our stay, we were unable to access the apartment in the middle of the night due to a malfunctioning digital door lock. Despite repeated attempts, no effective emergency support was available, leaving us locked out with all our belongings inside.
We were forced to book a nearby hotel at our own expense. The next morning, a staff member confirmed that this was a technical issue and not caused by us. While the operator refunded part of the apartment cost, the reimbursement did not fully cover the hotel expenses or additional costs incurred.
The follow-up handling was rigid and focused mainly on internal policies rather than resolving the actual damage caused. If you rely on nighttime access and support, be aware that you may be left without assistance, which carries a real risk of seriously disrupting your vacation.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the digital lock during your stay. As you mentioned, access was affected late at night. While we do not currently provide 24-hour assistance, we acted promptly as soon as our shift began and remained in continuous communication with you and the Booking platform to resolve the issue.
We refunded the unused night in full and provided additional compensation as a goodwill gesture beyond our standard policy. We also believe that we acted responsibly throughout the situation, taking full responsibility and managing the issue to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, during this process we also received messages from you that included threats, which made it impossible for us to consider further compensation outside of our policy.
We understand that the situation was frustrating, and we always strive to handle incidents transparently and responsibly. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve our services and protocols, and we hope that despite this experience, the apartment itself and its amenities contributed positively to your stay.

The location was perfect. It was close to the main landmarks. There were many shops, restaurants, and coffee bars around. The flat was clean. There were all the facilities. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise at night.

Stay away whether you're a landlord or a tenant
Stay away, even though their customer support is really nice and well trained, it's clear that the poor agents are just there to cover an extremely lacking organization.
They advertise on Madrid and Málaga, but it seems to me cleat that the team in Madrid is rather small or absent or random.
The apartment I checked into was dirty, the listing was mistaken (advertising for a parking that actually wasn't there) and nobody offered a solution for 3 days.
A lot of sweet talking (professional customer support agent) but zero action (lacking an actual administrative team). They are barely worried about making the maximum profit with minimal care.
I totally understand that they manage apartments for rent on behalf of landlords who probably receive a good share and have no idea of the actual experience, nor (as landlord) they would care about it. But if I were a landlord (they have investment opportunities on their website) I'd be ashamed of the experience that my guests have.
This is a clear picture of who is destroying the short rental market, it's companies like this, who buy real estate inventory for mere profit and a subpar experience.
They require A LOT of payments but work very little.
Stay away.

En relación con el aparcamiento, tan pronto como se detectó el error en la información del anuncio, le informamos de ello con total transparencia y nos comprometimos a buscar una solución. Tras varias gestiones internas y en constante comunicación con usted, se aceptó su propuesta de abono mensual externo y se le compensó íntegramente dicho importe mediante una bonificación directa en su alquiler.
Respecto a la limpieza, en cuanto recibimos su aviso solicitamos evidencias para poder actuar con rapidez. Una vez autorizó el acceso al apartamento, la limpieza fue programada y realizada de forma inmediata.
Durante todo el proceso, nuestro equipo estuvo disponible, localizable y en contacto continuo, tanto por escrito como telefónicamente, informándole de cada paso y gestionando las incidencias con los departamentos correspondientes hasta su resolución.
Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer la mejor experiencia y calidad posible, minimizando tanto la aparición de incidencias como su impacto, y asegurando que cualquier problema se resuelva de manera justa y eficiente. Queremos que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa y esperamos que las acciones tomadas puedan mejorar su percepción de la estancia.

Very unsafe, was left locked out stranded at night
I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider. Their processes are incredibly unsafe. On my first night, I was locked out and stranded due to their cheap, faulty electronic lock system. There was no 24-hour contact available, so at 10 pm I had to find a bed at a hostel — without any of my belongings, which were locked in the room.
This is extremely unsafe. The management refused to take responsibility or properly fix both the electronic and regular turn-key lock system. They sent ‘maintenance’ the next morning who just replaced the batteries of the electronic lock. I ended up leaving early when the same exact issue happened the very next day, and remote customer service representative was being unhelpful and dismissive (asking me to send videos as evidence that the lock is not working, asking me how I was able to access the room the night before, telling me ‘maintenance’ should have fixed the problem already).
I genuinely worry that they won’t fix this problem, meaning the next guest could face the same situation. Accommodation with no local or after-hours contact and only remote customer service should not be allowed — it’s a serious safety issue. Imagine if you needed medication or had a flight to catch and were locked out.
I am currently trying to get a refund, but they continue to deflect blame rather than address the problem.

Staff was available upon arrival however the codes on the apartment door did not work for about an hour and they suggested that I should go with 2 kids and 7luggages to get a key from HQ
Keys issues, staff seems to be ignorant about some of the available services, they also tend to blame to tourists about the situation. Example, you entered the wrong code or the cleaning staff did not report an outage of the AC. I would not use them.

Su ubicación es ideal, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa y a 15 minutos del centro. La casa ofrece gran comodidad, con camas confortables, aire acondicionado eficiente y ventiladores para quienes prefieren una alternativa y unas ventanas fantasticas. La cercanía a numerosos restaurantes es un plus. La disponibilidad de dos baños es muy conveniente. Justo enfrente, hay un aparcamiento de pago. Además, se ofrecen servicios de alquiler de bicicletas y patinetes frente a la casa. Repetiremos y recomiendo.
