The team did a fabulous job cleaning my flat. completely transforming it. Everything was scrubbed clean and no part was left untouched, It even smells nice in the corridor as well as the flat itself. As always the service you give is impeccable. Thank you for being someone we can rely on.

Absolutely appalling parking, people have been beeping and having to find a different way round, you may be able to clean but you obviously can’t park and are incredibly inconsiderate of where you are working

Looking at the photographs you provided on our Google profile, our vehicle appears to be parked legally, tightly against the kerb, and in line with the other vehicles on the street to ensure maximum clearance for passing traffic. Our teams always endeavour to park as considerately as possible, especially on narrower residential roads.

The cleaners are polite, professional, thorough, timely, and communicative. Fantastic cleaning company, cannot recommend highly enough.
Friendly, efficient and responsive team at soap opera cleaning. We had an end of tenancy clean and the flat sparkled after the two ladies were done. Cleaning was to a very high standard, exactly what we needed. We highly recommend Soap opera cleaning!!
I used the company for End of Tenancy cleaning. To start with I wasn't sure with the company as they did not come back to my quotation request quickly. Having said that this company is probably one of the largest cleaning company in Southampton and they have many customers, also it was busy time for any cleaning companies that other companies I tried to contact also took time to come back to me.
Once we were in communication, everything went so smoothly. The company is very flexible. Like another reviewer, I changed my work request twice with short notice, but they were very understanding and accepted the change happily, which I felt grateful. They worked very fast and quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely use them from now on.

We had a fantastic experience with Soap Opera end of tenancy cleaning from start to finish. Quick response on first contact, excellent customer service when we had to change dates and add additional services. We realised last-minute that we would need help with shampooing carpets and washing windows and they were able to get it don on the same day with short notice. Highly professional and hard-working cleaning team - they came in, got the job done in a few hours and left the place looking better than when we moved in. Couldn't have asked for better, I would totally move into our old house again!
