I ordered a shower caddy at a cost of £30.00 which was originally £50.00. The item arrived damaged and defective. I have been emailing this company since 3rd April to obtain a prepaid label and instructions to return as per their returns policy, but apart from offering me a small discount all emails have been ignored. I have telephoned but the phone is never answered.

The item is nothing like the description or picture either. You could buy better quality from B&M for £5.00.
Avoid this company.

Product not as advertised, after many e mails and sending photos to show my dissatisfaction, company is stalling and has not offered a return label for refund. Not impressed with poor customer service.April 2026

J’ai commandé une théière en verre, reçu 15 jours après, j’ai voulu la retourner car elle me paraissait trop fragile et arrivé trop tard , j’ai envoyé une dizaine de mails , pour recevoir
l’autorisation de retour, il marque bien aucun remboursement si vous n’avez pas un code de retour, aucune réponse!!!
Je suis donc obligé de garder la théière alors qu’elle ne me convient pas .
Je déconseille ce site .

Attempted to return order as measurements were inaccurate and they offered partial refund but then went silent when I insisted on a return for full refund. Currently looks like they are refusing to accept parcel which will then be returned to me, guessing that means I'll lose the postage cost as well.. nightmare!!

Same experience as other reviewers, partial order delivery followed by a blank in communications. I've emailed and called 5-10 times now with no response.

I'd also say that the shower shelves I did recieve barely matches the description. The picture of it shows a robust thick metal shelf though in reality its thin and flimsy.

Stay away.

Be warned. My order is still incomplete. I paid for expensive cutlery half of which still haven't arrived and they are now not even responding to my communication. Be warned.

Do not buy from this company. When half the item was received 20 days after the order was placed, half of the wine glasses were smashed, and the other 6 glasses we ordered at the same time have not shown up. Multiple calls, emails and messages were sent through their website, and no one ever responds. Dreadful company.

I’ve ordered table cloth and drinking glasses. Love both! Bar the part delivery took a bit of time I love what I’ve purchased.

Avoid this company.
My item arrived damaged and defective due to dented, broken packaging, yet the company attempted to make me pay the return shipping costs. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this is their legal responsibility, not the customer’s.

I made it clear I did not want a discount — the product was faulty on arrival and I am entitled to a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue, the company has been obstructive and unhelpful.

I have given them 7 days to comply with their legal obligations. If they do not, I will be escalating this through formal dispute channels and the small claims court.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Do not buy! Also agree that this is likely scam or fraudulent. Made to look like it's coming from Amsterdam. Package arrived from Beijing. Very poorly packaged. Not luxury at all. Item said to be aluminium but it's clearly plastic. Have requested return and refund so let's see what happens :/

Misleading returns policy. When needing to return you are offered a discount to keep the item citing high cost of returning to Asia as reason. Item purchased was described as luxury but was thin poor quality fabric. Do not buy!

Placed an order, said it was delivered but it was not. Tried to contact the company multiple times but got no reply. Appears fake.

It's been over a month since the order has been placed, no communication, no updates, they aren't replying to emails, not picking up phone calls. Is this even a real company? I have no idea.

All I know is that I've paid for my order and I don't have it.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Well when I say worst service, I mean non-existent service.

They sell expensive fake designs. When I asked for a refund they kept offering a counter deal- instead of a full price refund- which I eventually gave into. My light arrived in Chinese packaging and they lifted pictures from the real brands website to pass off as their own. Wouldn't recommend

I ordered two sets of6 red wine glasses as a 50th birthday present on 19th Jan. By the 30th they had not arrived and so I contacted the company - of which they take over 2 days to reply. They said the tracking was showing ‘conflicting info’ and would open an investigation. 3 days later I had still no heard anything so contacted them again - they do not answer the mobile number that is stated on the website - so another email. This time they said the items had been lost in transit and would resend. 4 days later o received a polystyrene package in a plastic parcel bag with 4 glasses!? … I am totally dumbfounded and at a complete loss of words … I believe this company to be fake or a scam of some description and have emailed back a disgruntle response requesting a full refund. I have also opened a dispute with my bank on the basis it is a case company.

From the point of ordering there was almost no communication - I ordered 2 sets of cutlery at the beginning of Dec 2025 and the wrong cutlery was finally delivered on Dec 24th. I was sent a sub standard set - that I had to use, the wood faded after one wash in the dishwasher. Repeated attempts at sending emails and ringing and no responses other than they were looking into with no further responses. I have sent photos and and I want the product that I ordered or my money back. They need to show the courteosy of responding to my complaints

I wasn't expecting to love this mat so much. The concentric bathroom mat is genuinely great, it's thick and sturdy. The colour and design match with every bathroom, my bahtroom has a green look which means that not any mat fits nice in the bahtroom but this one does. The product came in procteded and niceley rolled. The customer service was very kind, I asked about the return policy but I won't even use the return option. Grateful.

Just as many other I bought the glass spcie drawer set and it upgraded our kitchen storage. The set includes blank labels so I could just name every jar myself without having to comply with standard options other brands offer.
