I placed an order over a month ago and they never responded, never shipped the order, and I can't access my order because the website is no longer available. They are scammers.

Although the email I received stated that a 24-hour response is possible, I haven't received a response for five days. When I try to send an email, I get an error saying there's no such email. They've probably blocked my email address. I ordered a tracksuit for €100 on the 21st, and it's been shipped since the 26th, and they still haven't shipped it, and they're not responding to my emails. Please don't buy from this site; it's most likely a scam. They lost €100, so don't let yours suffer the same.

Don't buy from these scammers. They stole my credit card and made a whole bunch of purchases with it.

I placed an order with TheSouthVibe in August 2025 for a hat and have still not received my order. The tracking number they provided was fake, and every attempt to get an update has gone unanswered. This company pretends to be based in the USA, but it’s clearly not legitimate. They’re misleading customers and taking money without delivering any products.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise others not to order from this site — it’s a complete scam.

Hats showed up after 3 months. came in a BAG!!!! From china!!!! The hats were flat as a pancake, looks like the got ran over by a truck and one was some how dirty! Never over off the site it’s the worst company I’ve ever delt with. I wish I could spit on the guy that runs this site.

SCAM! Do not purchase! Fake, bad quality, will show up2 months later. Just order off or temu if you want the same material.

Would rate 0 stars if I could, took over 2 months to ship, the products they shipped weren’t what I ordered AT ALL and the quality on the products was super bad, hats were flimsy and felt like they were made out of cardboard covered with cheap fabric. This site is a scam, the pictures they use are from a real company called CAPCITY. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! THIS IS A WARNING DONT GET SCAMMED!!

Ordered August 2nd, its now September 11th nothing. No tracking number no shipped order. Emailed support 2 days ago, hoes told me itll ship in another 12 business days. Charge my 250.00 to the game 🤷🏾‍♂️

It's scam, im order 2 hat on 02/09/2025, but they dont send the tracking number, then i write email for us sevice@thesouthvibe. service@thesouthvibe support@thesouthvibe. and support@sopula but only service@thesouthvibe. answer me, they just ask about " Could you show me your order nubmer please, i need that to check the details for you " then they quieted down

Hey I’ve not got my order yet. It’s already more 25 days, nearly a month. I tried to contact with you guys regarding this missing orders through mail but no one’s responding. Why? What’s the legit mail address that I can contact with?

It’s a total scam! I ordered 2 hats ,it took two months to receive. Then one of the hats was completely wrong. Instead of refunding they tried to have me keep the hat and refund 10 bucks at first . Then said I needed pay to send back the product I didn’t order in the first place to receive my full refund. I told them they can send a shipping label and box because I didn’t mess up and will not be paying for their mistake. Still haven’t replied . I will be going to my bank to report them

Made an order on June 25 and today August 13 i havent received anything. They sent me a tracking number that says it was delivered, but it never was.
They kept telling me to wait, and wait and eait a few more days.

Took them like 5-6months to ship (was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift) just shown up today and the color of the hat was completely different and made of cheap shitty material scam website don’t buy

This is the worst site ever. I ordered a hat from them in June, and it's August now. I've yet to get my order. Do not,and I mean, do not order from them.

Not only did it take 2 months for me to get my order but when I did I got the wrong hat different color combo and missing one of the pins I ordered.

Absolutely awful customer service I received my hat crushed faded and the complete wrong colors. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. A scam if you ask me. Zero stars should be an option.
