Responden rápido y me ayudan a resolver el problema presentado

Desde que publiqué mi reseña negativa, me están acosando con mensajes para que la cambie a positiva a cambio de devolverme el dinero cobrado de forma engañosa. Incluso me piden más datos personales, como el teléfono. No pienso facilitárselos: bastante insistencia muestran ya como para darles mi número y que no dejen de molestar hasta que quite el comentario (y ni siquiera aseguran que vayan a devolver nada).

Resumen de mi caso:
No es una empresa confiable. Reconocen el error, pero condicionan la devolución a publicar un comentario positivo en esta plataforma. No se dejen engañar: no venden artículos a buen precio, no envían nada y, si no estás atento, te cargan cada mes una suscripción para supuestas gangas de ropa que nunca llegan. Aunque te des de baja en tiempo y forma, no devuelven nada; antes te piden que dejes un comentario favorable.

Conclusión:
Difícil confiar en quien actúa así. No compartan datos personales y no caigan en esta estafa.

Me hicieron una compra con descuento de mi tarjeta débito sin mi consentimiento, nunca he comprado nada en esa página y menos en tienda fisica con mi tarjeta. Son unos estafadores Thesportwow.com

THEY KEEP ON STALKERING ME!
I demanded multiple times (starting from last year) delete my account from these scammers' website. I called them and wrote them via email multiple times.
However, they did not delete my account, did not delete my credit card information from their website and even more - they send me multiple letters and ask me to delete my honest review from Trustpilot, because they want to keep on taking money from people.

It is just not possible to make them to delete an account on their horrible scammers website and not possible to get the money back.
They send me emails and demand to delete my honest feedback from Trustpilot. It is totally not acceptable. They also write via email that only when I delete my honest review from Trustpilot they will return my money.

And even thou I demanded them a lot of times to delete my account from their website it is still there together with my credit card information.

I confirm that this is the worst company in the world because they demand money via their website and it is totally not possible to get the money back.

Also they stalk people and demand to delete an honest review from Trustpilot.

The conversation was good and I was able to solve my problem

The customer service agent was friendly and helpful but had to take the time to answer my question. It was okay though. I was not in a hurry.

I had excellent customer service

Their description is lying they said a bag Is R23 only to find out its R1000 hence I cancelled membership and subscription and they often withdraw your money in your account even when you got no outstandings
