Overall most of the service was good. But definitely had a few minor issues along the way.

Starting with the good stuff, it was very easy to put quotes together and find my way around the site. Definitely a handy tool being able to add the stags to the event and have them pay their own fees etc saving me having to collect funds from people.
In regards to the trip itself pretty much everything was as described and we had a fantastic time on our trip with no major complaints about any of the events or the accommodation.
The hotel was fantastic and had very clean facilities.
Both club nights were very good and busy with reasonable drinks prices.
The shooting range and bubble football were both a lot of fun. Although I’d say the people running the football could help get the game going. As once the suits were on the just left us to it and we had to start the game ourselves.
The dwarf was brilliant and provided a great service and lots of laughs.
The casino was ok, not very big though so ended up leaving after an hour but overall we had fun.

Now for the negatives. One of the things that was an issue was when people dropped out the price changed for the group which even though when I initially spoke to somebody on the phone when making enquires was assured this would not happen.
Also there was no mention of a guide taking us to all of the things we booked and staying with us the whole time. We definitely could have found our own way around and gotten ourselves where we wanted to go if we knew the locations. Our guide was very nice but at times it felt like we had a babysitter. On night one she took us to the club but she had to spend half an hour on the phone while we waited outside as the club had know knowledge of our booking. Then on day 2 she asked us to be ready for the shooting range at half 1. As a big group it takes a bit of work to get everybody somewhere on time but she started to get impatient with us very quickly (despite her being late as well) as it turned out we had to be bang on time. If this was the case she could have told us earlier than the exact moment we had to leave especially knowing we had been out the night before. So yeah overall she was very nice and helped get us places but in truth was not really needed and would have been better if guides were more upbeat and helped get the party going a bit.

All in all though was a pleasant experience and a service I would use again when organising a stag

Highly recommend Sean, he was always easy to get hold of and the process was smooth from start to finish. Location, activities and itinerary were perfectly planned and we had an amazing trip.

Lujza was great picking us up from the accommodation and taking us to the events. She also sent helpful recommendations of things to do in Budapest

The go karting and paintball events were well organised and great fun

Our party bus tour was great, Mike the rep was on hand all evening and was making sure we all had a great time, Russell was keeping the tunes going and everyone was vibing to would definitely recommend this anyone looking for an activity that if you are working towards a budget as well really good value for money.

Sean you done brilliant i didnt have a clue when I was asked to be best man and arrange a stag party, I've never done anything like this before but you made it so easy I can't thank you enough

Right from the start, there was a clash of views between us and the guide, who opposed us at every turn. Later that day, just a few hours before the event, we still hadn’t decided what to do. Perhaps he assumed we were supposed to do certain things, but having paid €500, it seemed only natural to me to ask for some personalised touches, such as ‘the policeman must arrest the groom for getting the stripper pregnant’. Unfortunately, all I got was confrontation and various remarks such as ‘if you’re not satisfied, you can speak to your manager and ask for a refund’ or ‘That’s it and that’s all’. In short, I didn’t have a good experience and I wouldn’t book with you again, or at the very least I’d ask for someone who understands that it’s a party, not a queue at the post office.

From the booking all the way through the weekend everything went so well.
Sean our event planner and the other team members arranged everything.
The activity were great and lots of fun and the bar crawl at the end finished of a great weekend with friends and family. Feed the company your needs and they will make it happen. Thanks again from start to finish and no issue was a problem.

So easy to navigate, made our booking so simple. Great range of activities to choose from.

Once we had decided on our activities we were given regular updates, contacting everyone individually was made so straightforward - no faff chasing anyone to pay! Any queries I had as lead booker were answered quickly.
Would highly recommend to others and will definitely use in future.

Bubble football/air tag and a conference beer bike and the 3 guides we had across them, all played a big part in making the weekend as fun and successful as it was.

From the first conversation i had with Jamie to further assistance from Beth, that stag company were great with every step of the process. It was all very easy to deal with and plan. Whilst on the stag do all the activities i booked were excellent and had transfers and a guide Hana who was also great to help along the way. Also, felt the package was great value for money too! Would recommend the stag company for sure, you can get the whole package (bar flights if necessary) in one place and any queries the team and Beth were always there to help. Great experience and great stag do. Thank you Stag company!!
