am forced to write this review as Storefront has been withholding a refund due since March 2025. Despite having a valid voucher that was supposed to be reimbursed, and numerous attempts to contact them via email and through my lawyer, the company has completely disappeared.

This is unacceptable behavior for a professional platform. I have been waiting for my money for over a year and they are ignoring legal communications. If you are a brand or a landlord, be careful: their financial transparency and customer support are non-existent.

I expect an immediate response and the processing of my refund.

I really enjoy the platform. I enjoy the ease and transparency of pricing for clients. It's simple to figure out and intuitive UI. We list a venue we operate on there and we love the extra eyes it brings.

The bad: Julien - the guy who manages the platform - is an absolute, unprofessional, rude human. He chimes into leads with opinions (none asked for), he delays messages from being seen, and he likes to pick and choose what rules he has and enforces and makes them up as he goes (forcing a name on a platform because "I need to know who I'm speaking to"). It's just very intrusive and he's unapologetic about the way he moves. He should be fired.

I have tried to reach the customer service many times.
They didn’t respond, I just don’t know how to manage my booking?
Very deceiving.
I am in Paris. Anyone here who can help me?

I have just lost over £2000 because Storefront decided they had to listen to my criminal business partner's story.

As a result instead of refunding me on my AMEX they have initiated a bank transfer to a bank account I do not have control of.

Literally unbelievable. I would not recommend and I will fight hard to get my money back

Don't trust this website. I booked a venue through here and the host didn't allow me access to the building on the days I had booked and paid for. I had spent thousands planning this event and invited hundreds of people, only for the host to say I couldn't have access the day before my event was due to start. They are now refusing to refund or compensate me. I have raised this with Storefront but haven't heard back from them and this host is still advertising on their website.

I would like to give zero but it is not possible!! and an unreliable seller!!! he charges for the delivery service and ends up with tracking that cannot even be found on Mars!!! and a possible scammer or not very serious given that he charges for the delivery service and it is not even known which company he uses for online deliveries!!! be wary, you will only waste time and money!
