I started working one-on-one with Kyle at the end of July. As a business owner, I've always invested in real estate and used it to offset taxes, but it wasn't until I learned about the massive benefits of short-term rentals that I knew I wanted to get into this asset class. It took just over a month working with Kyle to find the right market and secure the right home.
