Good communication skills and timely delivery.

My name is Tim. This student helpline is Very bad service and no reply and trying to scam by doing something and saying assignment is done with expert. They dont have expert and my work was not done properly and they told they will refund my money and its been almost 2 months and still they are saying nonsense excuse and i didnt receive my refund yet. And they are not at all replying or calling me when i ask for my refund.

Dont ever give them any work guys i am saying this for your safety.

Was my first time using this service so i was concerned but i received a HD in my assessment, the experts knowledge is outstanding and i cant recommend this enough

This academic website is extremely disappointing. The content is poorly organized and often outdated, making it difficult to find accurate or relevant information. Many pages take a long time to load, and some links don’t work at all. The explanations are unclear and seem rushed, which is frustrating for students who rely on such platforms for learning. Customer support is either unresponsive or gives generic replies that don’t solve the problem. Overall, it feels unprofessional and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this website to serious learners.

First, thank you for finally replying faster than before. I was sure you would revert here, Since you were not ready to respond on any channel, I had to post the review from a different ID — and luckily, you replied.

I have completed all my work responsibly and on time, yet my payment has still not been released. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have all the screenshots and proofs of my work, and I am ready to create a Google Drive folder and share it publicly in my next review.

I am not the only one facing this issue — multiple people have experienced the same problem with this company. You don't respond to someone on their original account; when they post a review from a different account, you reply to them like this. ----

They do not analyse work properly, they scam, they jump straight to overpriced quotes and are arrogant. They do not complete work properly and are the biggest scam. its obvious that they have fake reviews saying positive stuff about them but in reality, they use the money they scam with to create fake reviews. Please don't be fooled as i did and think twice before using the service they poorly provide. the communication is horrible, the rude opinionated comments left me questioning if this is a professional service. ive dealed with more then enough with this disgusting company and will never forgive the wrong doings they have done to me.

Jennifer, Selena & Edward have very seriously screwed me over. They had a lot of bad communication, failed a whole subject, didn't want to refund the whole amount (just credits) and proceeded to do so again in back to back semesters. They then proceeded to block me because I obviously got really angry with their behaviour and flung abuse.

Don't trust them. They're not reliable. They will find anyway to give you a mediocre piece of work and then any excuse to blame you for the poor work just to avoid the refund.

Look carefully and closely at the 5 star reviews, they're generated by the company to raise their ratings. Fake names they are generating the way they have generated aliases for themselves for their "security" purposes, because they can't be relied upon to do the right thing anyway.

They will lie and cheat their way to giving you credits that you can't fully use anyway. I have so many order codes. TSH, RSP, CR. All codes dating back 2 years, hoping they would improve. They never did. My bad for hoping.

You want proof? I have screenshots. These fake 5 star reviews do not. They're generated by the company.

Great effort from the team. Helped me by going extramile in time of need and were always responsive to every singe query. They know how to handle their tasks well. Thankyou so much for your support.
