Good quality items bought a retro shirt and some swim shorts good dilivery time excellent service

Really pleased with my order from The Terrace. I bought some SWFC swim shorts and a hat — both were good quality, arrived as expected and fit well. Smooth ordering process and would definitely use them again.

Second time I’ve used the Terrace Store, very easy everything arrived and well packaged.

Ordered a Nottingham Forest phone case, the one I had was old and broken. This came very swiftly and is exactly as as advertised

Item I received is nothing like described. Ordered a navy matte phone case and received one that looked like a glitter pen and was closer to green than navy. Buttons on the case rendered the buttons on the phone virtually useless because of how tight it was.

For the price you are paying the quality and packaging of the product are awful.
Product comes just in a delivery bag, no labels inside the package, logo is a heated sticker not even stitched on the material, again for that price you would expect high quality product.
Shold've gone to Primark and buy a hoodie from there and a sticker and I would've had same product but a lot cheaper.

Ordered a birthday gift, never turned up, each time you contact them, they request 72 business hours to respond, that’s 9 days.
Placed my order 2nd Feb, it’s now 17th of Feb, I have no item, no refund, no way of sorting this matter. Stay away.

They were half term gives for my Grandsons. They arrived quickly and on time. The boys loved them and will use them at school and football.

Just an update to my previous review as I have not had the curtesy of a reply. Having studied the issue regarding postage costs issue it is clear that the returns policy on website is DIFFERENT to the returns policy that comes with your product
