Excellent service from start to finish! TheTransporter team was very organized, quick, and careful with all my items. They made the entire shifting process stress-free and handled everything professionally. Delivery was on time, and nothing was damaged. Really impressed with their efficiency and support. Would definitely use their service again!

Don’t go for this company fraudulent company, Was trying to move my bike from Coimbatore to Pune and paid 8600Rs and they kept my bike as hostage and was asking for RS2000 extra and after 2months they gave back my bike saying money will be refunded but they stole my helmet and its been a month haven’t got my money back and no one is answering the call full of scammers written good review on them shelves and cheating peoples don’t ever go

I engaged with this company to transport 2 bags from mumbai to chennai. I cringed wrapped my bags and handed over to the. The person I was dealing with via whats was fantastic and made arrangements. I even paid insurance for bag and goods.

When I received my bags in chennai and opened it I found 1 new bag damaged. It was ripped. I immediately informed the courier company and to date they have not responded to my issues. WhatsApp not being answered.

Now it looks like they dont want to take responsibility of the damaged bag. I bought it in mumbai a day before I couriered it to mumbai

I paid initial deposit to book service from goa to Gujarat they promised pickup next day. For two days straight they promised pick-up and did not come. They finally apologised and picked on 3rd day. I will update review once goods are received. Just ensure you set your conditions upfront while engaging them.

I am adding update to my previous review. The items once picked up were delivered to gujarat in 4 days as communicated previously. Delhivery was used as delivery partner and it was easy to track the goods on their website.

Goods were received in decent condition and i can confirm that after initial hickup in goa rest of experience was good.

great experience, they picked up the luggage from the pickup point and drop till the exactly drop off point and you do not need to carry the luggage ....they did all the things themselves....really liked that ...only the docker fees and gst are excluded from the price what they say so add 700 or 1000 to the cost they are saying ...but all in all a veryyyyyyy good and helpful service :)

I booked two parcels through TTPM from Bangaluru. The home collection was completed efficiently and the parcels delivered in good condition on the day of delivery. The communication with their office staff was very pleasant and effective. I am very happy with their service and professional communication. Will definitely use them again.

we had transported a scooter from Mysore to bangalore . Was pleasantly surprised by how easy and prompt it was to book via WhatsApp. communication even though a little bit delayed was complete and without much confusion. scooter was delivered to my doorstep without any delay as mentioned. overall good experience if you want a door to door celebration.

They gave all the materials to other low budget couriers and after that they don’t have any track of where the package is
If someone can tell me the actual location of their office it would be of great help
I would teach these bastards a lesson
