Customer service poor
To be clear- the product is great. The customer service isn't. Hence the 2 stars. I have been a subscriber pretty much since the company started. Like lots of companies, the service is good at the onboarding phase and not so much when they have you as a loyal subscriber. They have rewards tokens and, quite often, the system doesn't allow you to redeem. I tried to get help-but to no avail. No response whatsoever from the team on Twitter. I was just ignored and therefore not helped.
I have cancelled my subscription.

I began ordering these boxes of Turmeric shots over a year ago and absolutely love them! I even take them on holiday with me in the UK when I can!

Arthritis Buster!
These are the best and most effective shots ever. I am a 71 year old rider and I believe I wouldn't be as active and pain free were it not for turmeric shots. I have arthritis but manage it effectively by taking turmeric shots every morning and staying active. I saw a review by Kristina Cook, the event rider, five years ago, stating how effective she found the shots. She wasn't wrong!

Game Changer
Having suffered lower back pain for several years, a few weeks ago I heard a podcast by the founder, having nothing to lose I thought I’d give them ago. After 3-4 weeks, such a difference!
I practice Calisthenics 3-4 times a week and the rest of the time lower body work, it was during lower body work I started to struggle, I couldn’t do what I wanted to do. I then started to use turmeric shots! Game changer!
After a couple of months of being unable to box jump, I’m back!
I’m 68 and have no intention of giving up anytime soon, now I see no reason to.

I’ve been using The Turmeric Co products for over 5years now, and they’ve become a consistent part of my routine.
What stands out is the quality and how effective they feel compared to standard supplements. It’s not just another health product, you can genuinely feel the difference, particularly in terms of recovery and overall wellbeing.
I also appreciate the convenience and the fact that it’s something easy to stay consistent with, which is often the hardest part when it comes to health.

Excellent customer service
Although there was an issue with the goods in transit (unintended damage whilst in transit - just one of those things that can happen), this was dealt with perfectly by the teams from both the delivery co and The Turmeric Co. Replacements were delivered very quickly with no fuss or issues. Brilliantly handled customer service so thank you! The product is also fantastic.

This is my 3rd month taking the Turmeric & Pro Collagen daily shot I’ve been a long term sufferer of psoriasis and honestly it has cleared up to the point I can’t even see it, my skin (face) has a glow I would highly recommend this particular shot to anyone with skin issues or irritation. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in knees, fingers and big toe several years ago. I have learnt to adapt by changing diet to more plant based and removing dairy products but the problem was still there especially in the mornings. Since taking these shots the inflammation, stiffness to joints and swelling has reduced significantly. This product is the best investment for me. It has improved my mobility and I am so grateful to the Founders (father and son) for researching into the benefit of turmeric. With all the other natural plant based ingredients, this makes it the best. I am only 2boxes in variety pack) and doubt I will stop as it really works. Is it expensive? Hmm I don’t think so because you can’t put a price on your health! Go on guys give it a shot! Life changing..
