My wife (Adelle – see her testimonial on TrustPilot) has been trading for a couple of years and recently took a look at the prop trading industry as she wants to trade others’ capital as well as our own. She researched many prop firms and was disillusioned by the behaviours of some of them.
She was about to give up on prop trading when she found The Upside Funding. She’s been very impressed with their approach to this sector, backgrounds of the founders, and their professionalism.
I wrote this testimonial today because overnight TUF support team were on hand to advise her on some new technology she is considering. That alone shows a willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
While I won’t be prop trading myself, preferring to remain trading options only, credit where credit is due in the prop trading world.

Seems like a great firm to me, yet to become a trader with them.

I have looked at other prop trading firms in the past and never signed up because of the high cost, the trading restrictions and unrealistic profit targets.
Upside is reasonably priced, has few restrictions and reasonable profit targets.
I was signed up and ready to trade within 15 minutes of making my payment, the entire process was simple and glitch free

Firstly I’d like to appreciate the support team for the dedication towards customer care. Then secondly I’d like to comment on the efficiency of the propfirm . Once you pass a phase, there’s no waiting for days to get your certificate or move over to the next phase, they just do it as quick as possible 🙌. My experience so far with this prop has been superb . No lags , no hidden rules , just pure transparency.

The customer service was very good. They were quick to help and resolve my issue. Thank you.

Recently, I found out they even refund the challenge fee after the second payout. That’s pretty cool. In my opinion, it shows they trust skilled traders. Combining flexible rules with a caring team made this place my favorite spot.

Saya suka karena tak ads aturan ketat, soal news trading dan bot. Bagi saya, hal ini menambah variasi strategi. selain itu, tak ads beban stop loss wajib, jadi saya leluasa mengatur risiko. Rasanya serperti trading di akun pribadi, tapo dengan dukugan nyata.

I worried about the 9% target, but guess what, no time limit let me wait for prime setups. Holding over the weekend nabbed me a sweet gap. By the time I hit 9%, I felt so proud. This format definitely rewards patient traders…

Dulu saya khawatir soal transakasi, tapi semua jelas tertera di dashboard mereka. Profit split-nya bisa sampai 90%, dan weekend holding diperbolehkan. Sungguh jarang ada platform segamblang ini, apalagi dengan tim support yang responsif.

The support given was extraordinary, I have no issue getting in contact tho my timezone is GMT+8. With other sites I might have to wait cause they mainly works with Western time zones, but this one is truly 24h.

I’ve tried multiple prop firms before, but none offered this level of genuine support. From day one, I realized they have actual industry pros behind them, two former bank directors with decades of experience. If you ask me, that expertise shines through every rule and guideline they set. Plus, the ability to hold trades on weekends has been a real advantage for my swing strategy.

I’ve been with other places that use a trailing drawdown, and it drives me nuts. Here, the 9% is static, so my buffer doesn’t shrink as profits grow. Phase 1’s 9% target and Phase 2’s 5% are similiar in spirit just different goals. From my perspective, that’s fair, especially with unlimited time. It means I can manage risk without racing the clock.

A new propfirm worth noticing.

Though they're quite new, I feel relaxed while doing the challenge. I'm not sure if I can find a better support than theirs.
