#1 I ordered only one game and they sent two. Then I find out it’s a subscription and the second is a trial game to return if you don’t like.

#2 The tricky subscription game is getting old with these companies. I’ve been traveling and haven’t played the game so I can’t recommend at this point. The ordering of this game was not something I’d recommend or you better read the fine print. Better yet wait till it is sold in a physical building like old times.

Subscription, returns, and refunds is a scam. I wish I had read the prior reviews. I signed up for the 30-day no hassle trial . They shipped me an extra game. Cancelling is a hassle. The customer service rep or AI bot said I had to pay for shipping it back and offered a 50% discount as an alternative. After back and forth emails and pointing out their policy on their website, they finally agreed to “waive” the charge for the trial game that I was trying trying to return. Their FAQs are misleading; there’s no customer account site to cancel (ask them and they don’t point you or provide a link); and their emails are written to try gaslighting you into paying for the risk free trial. OTHER: The material that the product is made with is poor. Get the cards or stickers a little wet and they basically disintegrate.

My husband has a traumatic brain injury and was introduced to the Uzzle game at therapy. He really enjoyed it so we purchased one for home use. It is fun and a great mental workout for anyone!

Love the product for either partner or solo play! Great brain exercising. I had purchased more than 1 item but hadn’t opened the second one for over a year- discovered a defective block #4 (stickers only on 2 sides). When I notified customer service I received a response and a solution proposed in less than 24 hours. I anticipate receiving the replacement block without delay. Felt attended to, and solution without frustration. I’m a fan!

Delivery was fast and price was great! We love the game! The customer service was very quick. The service department actually read and responded to each message personally. my grandkids ( age3,4 and 6) all love to play with. Two create their own fun: the youngest has fun using the cubes as blocks. The 4 year old likes to copy the pattern on the cards with the blocks ( playing by herself) and the 6 year old likes to play the game as designed.

UZZLE customer service is like no tother. They handled my issue right away and were very easy to work with. So happy with this experience!

I bought this game to bring to a visit with our grandchildren. We all thoroughly enjoyed playing, especially the kids because they had an easier time winning than the adults! We even invented a couple new games to play with the cubes. Thanks for all the fun and laughter.

Hello everyone, I would like to say thank you to this company for their wonderful offer to try these games. I was looking for a challenging game for my granddaughter who is four and loves a good challenge. She has already gotten to level 4 to challenge herself. This game has many different skills that children and adults can challenge themselves. We are thoroughly enjoying this game and I would highly recommend it to all! Customer service was very helpful and resolved my issues quickly. The team is also great for any question that you will have.

Have had a great experience not only with the game but also with customer service. We bought Under Bugs and it has been a blast playing with our kids. The production value is top notch - the pieces are nice and chunky and the board is a neoprene mat so stays flat. The game play is fun for both me and my kids - they beat me on the game a lot! I had some questions regarding the subscription process and they were able to answer all my questions and take care of things very quickly! Highly recommend buying any games from Uzzle - you won't regret it!

I am terrible at online ordering & not only did I not realize I ordered a game but it was two & one online. I contacted customer service
late on a Sunday evening, with no expectations of a solution. Suffice to say on Monday, not only did I have a cancellation, I had a refund and a follow up email. I can’t thank you enough & will definitely order again, just not online.

I have a six year old grandson who LOVES The Uzzle. He especially enjoys beating me, which is often. I enjoy seeing his brain at work. This Uzzle puzzle is amazing. It is very educational, quick thinking, challenging, and fun for all the family. It is a wonderful hands-on alternative to being on a device. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had a great experience with Uzzle. The game itself was a lot of fun and brought everyone together for a memorable family game night. What impressed me even more was the customer service. Their team responded quickly, listened to my feedback, and resolved my concern promptly and professionally. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare, and it definitely earned my trust. I look forward to enjoying more of their games in the future and would happily recommend Uzzle to other families looking for a fun game night.

This review is based on the company's customer service after I had an issue with my purchase. I bought a game from them and a second game was included at no additional price. After checking the. Company's reviews, I decided to support a small business and buy the game from them instead of Amazon, and with the understanding the second game was free. Then I got an email from the company saying the second game was given as a trial under a subscription plan. I had no idea, and wrote back telling them I did not intend to subscribe and did not know I was effectively "renting" the second game. Long story short, their customer service rep responded immediately, apologized for my confusion, cancelled my subscription, and let me keep the second game. Although my husband suspects the rep was a well trained bot, the correspondence was immediate, respectful, and solved the problem. It renewed my resolve to buy from small businesses when possible and -- after a check online to affirm the business is legitimate and well run -- to continue considering companies that rely on social media to secure customers. Good job, Uzzle.

We bought Uzzle some years back because we were curious! We took in to NC and shared it with our grandkids now 10, 12, and 14. They LOVED it, so it is now a staple for every time we visit! We forgot it once and now when we are coming they always give us a reminder. We use all 4 levels with them! Fast forward to recently and we have grandkids here in CO so we introduced it to them. Our 5 year old can beat us at it! He also loves the Uzzle blocks but he is so bright that he has aced those. These games are brilliant for the mind AND for interaction. We also took it to a seniors citizen group for game night. It was a huge hit and I think I "sold" some that night! 5 out of 5 stars, and 10 if there were more!

The Uzzle game is fantastic!! No complicated rules and instructions, just use the blocks to create what you see on the card faster than the other players and you win! As an older adult, I am always looking for ways to keep my mind active. The Uzzle is a great way to do that. You can even play solo and have a mental workout anytime!! My family enjoys the game very much and we highly recommend it. Thank you The Uzzle crew for creating such a simple, fun, family game.

Even though I have not received my game that I ordered six months ago, my experience in talking to the company has been rewarding. I ordered a game for my granddaughter at Christmas and she just loved it when we played it. I did not do very well. So I thought I’d order my own game and I’m gonna practice so that I can maybe beat her.
