Disappointing
Their last chance boxes aren't worth the money. They claim to give £20 worth of items for £10 but they base it on the original price even for expired goods. For example, a chocolate bar that's 4 months past it's best before date will be counted as £4.50, it's full price! This is very deceitful. The bar should be valued at a reduced rate as it's a best before product. That would be a total of 10 bars at a value of say £2 each but instead they'll fill a box with 4 bars and tell you it's £20 worth. £10 for 4 expired bars is robbery.
Apart from that, they have a great range of vegan goodies but their last chance boxes need a big improvement!

Antwoord van The Vegan Candy Man
Hi,
I'm so sorry for any confusion over the last chance boxes.
We designed these as a way to reduce wastage by selling overstocked, expired or near expiry products at only half of the price. Margins are incredibly slim on these products and so 50% discount is always an instant loss.
However, rather than throwing these products away, we set up the last chance boxes to allow customers to grab a bargain with a mystery element. We try to keep these boxes different with a mixture of sweets/chocolate so apologies if you only received 4 of the same bar - this shouldn't happen.
I appreciate your comments on our business as a whole and I am really sorry that the Last Chance Box didn't meet your expectations.
Great customer service
My order was shipped promptly and the prices were reasonable. I made an error with my order and was able to resolve the issue quickly over email with Stuart. I'll definitely order from them again in the future.

A company that values its customers
Every year I place a large order of sweets with the Vegan Candy Man for a French sweet shop I run for the children at my school. The children are always excited by the range of flavours offered and the parents are reassured that all the sweets are vegan. Customer service was particularly good this year when I made a small mistake with my order.

Great company, we just didn't like the candy
I've had no issues with customer service, ordering or shipping. We just didn't like any of gummies as the texture was very hard and not tasty.
