I went to Gary with a few of nasty injuries , who after a couple of sessions got me back in my feet. I found him to be very professional , trustworthy and capable . I’m so impressed, that I now continue treatment purely for maintenance. I always come out of a session feeling pretty good . Gary is a very knowledgable in other fields which makes any visit an interesting one .

My experience when attending the sessions are faultless! Gary is very reliable and caters to your individual needs. He always ensures you feel comfortable and is very friendly! It is a lovely experience and I would highly recommend his service.

Fantastic online coach definitely recommend
Emailing Gary, The vegan online coach to see if he could help me with my weight loss, exercise and nutrition was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Gary is incredibly knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Gary has helped me to develop good habits, work through my emotional eating issues, be more active, loose some weight and not let my chronic pain be a reason to give up. I am still on my journey but at the beginning I was only able to walk up and down my road before needing to stop. Now I am going to the gym and exercising at home. I am managing my eating better and have lost 3 stone 7lbs so far. Gary is kind and patient but will also push me and encourage me all the way as well as pushing me outside my comfort zone. The online coaching is fantastic and so convenient. If you are thinking of reaching out to Gary for support with nutrition, exercise, weight loss or whatever your goals may be, I say do it today as you won't regret it.
