Have now had 2 faulty pens, where I cannot administer the last dose, I have offered to send the pens back, but they insisted in a video, then said no it’s not faulty it’s designed to leave excess medication in the pen,.. this is not excess medication.. it’s the last dose!.. So VERY expensive for 3 doses!!.. would not order from this company..

When a patient reports a potentially faulty medication pen, we must follow a strict protocol set by the manufacturer. This includes requesting a short video first, as most issues are related to needle attachment, priming, or the pen having already delivered all available doses. This step prevents unnecessary delays and ensures we only request a return when genuinely required.
In the video you provided, it was clear that all four doses had already been administered. The liquid you can see remaining in the pen is the standard residual solution present in every Mounjaro pen. This is not an opinion - it is confirmed by the manufacturer and is part of the pen’s design. The residual liquid is used for priming and is not an additional dose.
Although the pen clearly shows it is not faulty, we will arrange for it to be returned so it can be inspected in person and then sent to the manufacturer, Eli Lilly, for full investigation.
Please note that this process typically takes 6–8 weeks, and the final outcome is determined by the manufacturer, not by us.
We understand this situation has been frustrating, but we have followed the correct protocol, provided accurate information based on the manufacturer’s guidance, and supported your request at every stage.
Our priority is always patient safety and ensuring any genuine faults are escalated appropriately.
We will arrange for the pen to be returned for investigation.

I’ve been really impressed with The Virtual Slimming Clinic. Ordering and reordering is very easy and delivery is always quick. Everything arrives well packaged and kept cold, so it’s ready to go straight into the fridge.
Before starting this, I was tracking my food daily and going to the gym 5 days a week, yet the scales barely moved. I was close to giving up, but decided to try this as a last resort. I lost 4lbs in my first week, and now just over two months in I’ve lost more than a stone, which still feels a bit unreal.
My appetite is so much more controlled, I’m satisfied on smaller portions and I’m no longer constantly thinking about food. I’ve also felt more energised and positive overall.
What I really like is that it’s not just about the medication — there’s proper support and guidance throughout, which makes it feel sustainable and reassuring. Communication has been great. Would definitely recommend
