TVB contacted me regarding online website development. January 2025 - a small business online website. This review is based on facts of what has occurred over the past 11 months. The initial design was to take 4 - 6 weeks, 8 weeks at the most. To date, 10 months later, my team and I have yet to see a working and viable website. My team and I can only review what is sent to us via a test link from TVB. My team is all over the country so we all individually would click on the test link provided to us to review the work completed. TVB promised a website developed on custom coding standards, using W3C-validated codes. Not repurposed templates. To build a website according to SE Compliance Standards and overall, SEO friendliness so that we would come up on search engines with high rankings. I'm sure that is what everyone is promised and one that a customer expects at a minimum. We have a website with integration problems, items as placeholders still on the website, that is not my work. My team has had to continually address integration issues, typos, incomplete sentences and previous client information copied and pasted into our website. The quality of work expected has not been delivered. For this reason we ceased working with TVB in September 2025. We gave them every opportunity to make it right. Since that time, 2 months now, I have tried to work with TVB (COO) to refund our money. No refund. He said he has to pay staff for the services provided. Those subpar services has cost us 10 months of lost revenue and thousands of dollars lost and paid to TVB, without a product. They have deleted our access to the test site. He also did not address the unwanted comments made to myself regarding my personal appearance. To trustpilot: a review is not defamatory if it is factual information with documentation and voice messages that back up this statement.

Key Items Promised
1. Website Troubleshooting & Fixing Errors: The
documentation my team provided to The Vision Brand departments via email and Zoom Meetings clearly were not attended to. Repurposed templates were used as evident by other company names and their information listed in the wording within the website. We repeatedly asked for the information to be removed multiple times and on our final day those company names were still there. We received responses stating we understand your frustration but, in all honesty, the issues have taken weeks to get fixed or are still not fixed.
2. Social Media Integration: Not complete, yet, paid for. There is no product catalog on FB and IG. The social media buttons are on the website, but they go nowhere. There is no capability to click directly from FB and IG posts to my online store. Yet TVB repeatedly requested the ok from us that the website is ready to go live. Our team communicated to Olivia not to ask us to go live until there is a web portal in place that works. Works meaning that a customer can add an item to the cart, have the shipping integration working so the customer knows the exact shipping costs, tax costs, total cost for the order. Test site repeatedly would not allow for a complete transaction.
3. Payment System Integration: Square is not properly configured on the website. That was noted when we tried to add to the cart and it went nowhere. This was after we were given a fresh test system link earlier that day. My team is in several states within the US. We all received the updated test link and we all had the same results and responses to for errors to TVB. This is not a cache issue, either.
4. Inventory Management: The inventory management system (IMS) was put in place and a
tutorial was sent to the team to review and train ourselves on inventory management.
5. Training: No Training has been provided because there is no finished product. No training on how to manage website content, add products, update payment settings, and handle inventory has been provided yet we paid for those services. No training on creating blog posts. No guidance on managing social media, scheduling posts or engaging with followers and tracking performance. We continued to be told by Olivia that the website was ready to go live. No Cybersecurity integration was implemented.
7. Obtaining the Chief Operating Officers (COO) contact information was difficult. We were told that employees were not allowed to give out that information. After persistence we did reach the COO who read our 5 pages of complaints, listened to audio messages of unwanted comments and he stated no refund. The response from him was that there was inexperience on my team's side and on the TVB team. If my team could build this website we wouldn't have paid them to do it. He stated the customer is not always right. Proceed with caution with TVB. No trust. We tried to make it work.

We struggled setting up our website. Vision Brands would return our emails very quickly and took care of the small glitches that happen when you start a website from scratch.

This company developed my game under the instruction of Olivia Deniz. I presented them my game concept, and my game did not turn out good for the testers trying to test my game. I had a lot of issues with players trying to play my game. Also, they wanted my account information to go inside my account. which I provided. They claim it was needed to access my account to develop and publish my game. They finally claimed they was finished developing my game and stopped working and left me in the cold with an unfinished job. while I was working with them, I started getting a lot of scam calls and they wouldn't respond promptly to my e-mails. I consider this company as a scam. I lost all my game development money trying to work with them doing undercover work.
