Signed up with The Wage Shop after gaining a short term contract, that got extended several times. My initial contact with them was easy and the sign up was quick. Payments went smoothly with online payslips. No complaints and would use again.

This is my 3rd umbrella company, I wouldn't use anyone else now.

The staff are all extremely friendly and have been able to answer most queries within minutes. Unlike other umbrella companies, the payroll is done fairly early in the day usually before 11am (big bonus over the last one, that cleared about 3pm :/)

Their commission is less than most others, so more pay for us :)

The Wage Shop has been a joy to do business with from my first wage to my last pay check. I have had no problems, Staff are easy to communicate with either on the telephone or e-mail (if your have any queries). Punctual weekly wage slip (e-mailed) once a week. Excellent Service, keep up the good service guy's.
