The Walk-in Shower Co. Reviews

The fitter was brilliant, never stopped. Bang on time both days

You service your fitter electrician very friendly staff clean job

I was so glad that The walk in shower co was recommended to me. From the initial contact with Linda who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the fitter who did a great job and had the most impressive work ethnic, I couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’d had 3 quotes before the walk in bathroom company and from the quote to the installation I can honestly say what a great team of people everything happened when it should and very high standards and good quality materials all fitted to my requests 100% recommend this company for price and professionalism this has made such a huge difference for my wife’s care thank you so much

Rob the fitter was a lovely guy. I actually enjoyed having him around, I'm not very mobile and he was wonderful company and went out of his way to sort my bathroom to what I needed.
Tell him happy birthday tomorrow, I got him a card, that's the first time I've done that for a workman.
Great quality finishes and materials, small little issue tackled and resolved without worry.

Good experience from start to finish.
Fitter arrived on time very friendly and respectful of my property.
Got on with his job cleaned up after himself , politely answered my queries.
Excellent neat job done very happy with quality of work .

I have been waiting since April for a response regarding my issue with the hot water since my new bathroom was installed still no response by the fitter who said he would come out and have a look and called and WhatsApp the company again but still no call back. Very disappointed now with the after care service.
You have a message from me today and a VM you can call me to discuss further.
This issue has now been sorted, it's a shame I had to resort to adding a poor review I would have preferred not to do this.

Five-star service from start to finish. From the helpful office staff arranging a home visit with samples and measurements, to the hardworking fitters who transformed my old bathroom into a stylish modern space, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team worked tirelessly and always cleaned up after themselves. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend this company.

We have just had our walk in shower completed today and we're so thrilled with the work. This was a no hassle job.
Our fitter, was Joel and was a pleasure to have him in our home, arrived early, got straight to the work, carpets protected, never intrusive and even vacuumed the staircase when he had finished. All in all, very professional 💯

This bathroom makeover was done for my parents who were absolutely thrilled with the result, apologies to our fitter who would have random hugs from my mum when she realised she would be having some of her independence back. A safe clean lovely environment for them now. Would definitely recommend

Very professional and extremely nice people to deal with and explained everything very well as we are in our 80,s. we appreciate all the time spent with us.

Just had our outdated bathroom converted into a luxury walk in shower Justin our plumber was brilliant explained everything and made sure we were happy before leaving.he even bought his own vacuum cleaner. If you need a bathroom conversation use the walkinshowerco

Super fast and extremely tidy between days of working. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I can not over estimate the gratitude myself and my wife feel towards your company. You have transformed our old out of date wet room into a place of tranquility where we just don't want to leave. Rob your fitter is not only an excellent fitter but also an excellent person to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble to complete the job. He is a credit to your company. I would highly recommend yourselves again to anyone that wants their bathroom remodeling. Thank you so very much.

Exceptional from the first phone call to the visit from Linda to the fitter arriving and doing a fist class job. We are over the moon x

Thank you very much for your assistance on my project.

I have had an amazing service from the company right from quotation to finish. Every step I was reassured of what would happen and everything was completed in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend them enough and thank you so much with helping us create our dream bathroom.

Fantastic friendly staff, have been super helpful from the first day of contact.
Have gone out of their way to help us with everything.
Walk in Shower looks fab, great recommendations on products

I would definitely not recommend this company. Very poor management all they are interested in is taking your money the whole experience was a nightmare from day one. There fitter turned up at 10.30 and left at 3.30 and all he’d done was take a sink out and day 2 he took a tiled bath panel off. Then on the Wednesday another fitter turned up and from then on he was restricted to what he could do as all the materials hadn’t turned up and I was phoning there head office chasing the bits up for there fitters. I have noticed a lot of faults with the bathroom like laying a new cushion flooring over loose tiles and they are now sticking up through the floor which I did report to Lee but nothing was done plus there’s a chip in the shower tray where the fitters stacked there tools everyday. Iam going to seek advice from trading standards.
