The Watch Outlet Reviews

Quick and easy transaction. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication. Fast shipping. My new Glashutte Original Senator Excellence Panorama is exactly as described. Trust this etailer!

I bought a preowned Oris from Levi and Mark at The Watch Outlet, and I couldn't be happier! Levi was polite and prompt in responding to my inquiry, and the watch arrived exactly as described, looking even better than expected. The price was right too. I've bought many watches from both dealers and private sellers, and this was as flawless a transaction as it could ever get. I highly recommend The Watch Outlet.

Watch came exactly as described and in the promised time frame. Mark was very responsive to all my questions. He was not deceptive in order to make the sale which has happened to me in the past. I will definitely do business with them again.

An excellent buying experience. Mark was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. The watch shipped and arrived very quickly. It was exactly as Mark described. I couldn’t be more pleased with the watch and the experience. Thanks Mark!

Very happy with my purchase Mark went above and beyond to assist me as this was a birthday gift to my fiancé. Ricky loves his watch.

I just had one of the best purchasing experiences of my life at The Watch Outlet. Mark could not have been more helpful. I first saw the watch on Ebay. I live in a state with no sales tax. I decided to have the watch shipped to a different state where I was going to and that state had sales tax, which added nearly $200 to the price of the watch. Mark suggested that I buy the watch directly from The Watch Outlet instead of through Ebay. This was a much better deal for me and I appreciated his suggestion. He was kind and professional and I would not hesitate to buy a watch from The Watch Outlet again.

I was a little hesitant to purchase from The Watch Outlet because I wasn't sure if their products were as they described it. Often times you attempt to purchase an expensive item online and have reservations about the products authenticity, quality, and whether or not you will actually get the item. After speaking with a customer service representative who returned my call, I was convinced that this company is not only legitimate but their products are authentic and of high quality with great prices. Mark promptly returned my call, answered all my questions in a calm, courteous, professional manner that made me feel I was buying a Bugatti Veyron in Molsheim, France. The package came as he stated it would in two days, with all the certificates of authenticity, including the papers for the diamonds on the bezel. I received a follow up call after purchase and email after the arrival of my beautiful Parmigiani Tonda. I would highly recommend The Watch Outlet and will definitely buy from them again, their customer service, products and prices are "nonpareil, in spades."

Better condition than expected. Great customer service. Would not hesitate to purchase from the watch outlet again.

Mark was extremely kind and helpful with the whole buying process.
He was extremely patient and went the extra mile to ensure the transaction went off smoothly!
The product was as described and promised and even their shipping was prompt !
Would definitely recommend Watch Outlet (Mark) to anyone who is looking to buy watches !

I am a watch collector and Mark/ The Watch Outlet is one the best watch dealers I ever worked with. Highly recommended!!!

I purchased an 18K / TT Tourneau GMT watch. They shipped it Monday morning, and I received the watch 48 hours later! The watch is gorgeous and obviously in pristine, unused condition (just as advertised). They are very good communicators, with great service, and great prices. I would definitely use The Watch Outlet again. Thank you!

Mark was extremely easy to work with.....answered my questions, offered other items that he thought I might like, shipped what I bought (a Parmagiani Fleurier) at a GREAT price and ahead of schedule.
Best of all....he checked in three days later to make sure that I LOVED my new watch. And I do!

I had a really great experience with Mark and The Watch Outlet. The watch was exactly as described and beautiful and the value for my trade was extremely fair.
