The Protect oil should for all automatic Watches and the you selling the same product for Rolex Watches should have Rolex watches photos and person like me think you selling fake watches in the photos therefore this my first and last shopping from you company

I have no idea where this package is at. Tracking order just says “can’t find package”. Supposed to be delivered last week. Yet here I am, paying $100 for a cleaning kit that appears to be lost. My bad for ordering from a foreign company. Should have stayed within the US.

Not exactly cut to right sizes, wouldn’t buy again

Ordered on the 30th of March
I want a refund today is the 6th of April.
They took 2 days to sent it off ( sent on the 1st of April)
Tracking says it’s in London since the 3rd of April.
The timeframe is today and not arrived yet. Your reply is no good to me

I've ordered both the clasp protection kit and the polishing paste. Both are great products which work well. The paste comes in a generous pot which will last forever.
Great presentation and fast delivery. Just a good honest company.

Protection came in good time very well boxed. Put on the buckle protection only at the movement but for first time doing it came out well. Slight damage caused by myself on the central larger buckle one, would suggest getting the second set for offered at discounted price. Happy to keep mine like it is, still doing the job intended.

I dealt with this business just before Christmas. Buying a new Daytona at retail, i wanted to protect the watch to ensure maximum retail value when i come to sell. having seen many videos on social media, and looking at the reviews, it was an interesting option to use TWPC but i decided to see how it went.

I must say, the quality of the product is brilliant. Especially using their scratch cream for my other rolex. really high quality!

the protection looks invisible thus far, hasn't dulled the gold, and 2 weeks in with daily wear, seems to be holding up nicely.

i also had some queries with one of the links and Chloe in customer services couldn't have been more accommodating. Responsive, friendly, helpful. Everything you want with after care. thank you, Chloe, you have secured my future custom.

I just don’t think this is fit for purpose.

After ordering, I emailed in to make sure the Rolex 124300 kit was suitable for the newer 134300 model and I was told it was. Probably 20% of the stickers for the bracelet were not correct in size and far too small, the bezel sticker was too big and the stickers for the curved edges simply don’t stick down well enough. I wasted two hours of my time and £99 on this and want a refund as it just isn’t fit for purpose. I love the idea, the product just doesn’t do what it says on the tin to a satisfactory level. The clasp and case stickers are perfect and barely noticeable, but the rest of it doesn’t work.

What happened to your packaging? This was my second purchase from the watch protect co. The first purchase last year, all items were neatly packaged inside a precut holder. Tweezers had a rubber cap to protect ends. This last purchase had everything throw in the box with a bunch of confetti. It looked very unprofessional. My biggest regret was I referred your product to a friend based on my first purchase. Just making you aware of an observation as a customer.

Never received shipping details, it came after the quoted timescales with an excuse of small print reasons.
Turned up (eventually) however the pack was empty! No actual protective film.
Joke of a company. Will not use again.
