Took two weeks and an email to get tracking info (shipping from China), and it had just been posted. Took another three weeks getting returned to the sender. Over six weeks and I don't have a real tracking number. They claimed they will send it again, but I requested to cancel. No response yet.

The cups look like the pictures, but not quite. Also paid for two only received one.

Fast delivery just in time for Christmas.

Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and still have not received according to the tracking number it is still in China. Customer service just responds with the tracking number. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with

Had a horrible experience with them. I ordered my products and it took five weeks to get them. After many follow-ups of them lying saying that their product was shipped, they finally confessed and said that the product was out of stock and won’t let me cancel my order. Do not buy from them, just go on Amazon and you’ll find it and get it in a much better delay.

Ordered on 13th December with expectation that this would be a reasonable amount of time to be delivered for Christmas.

Not the case, so tried repeatedly to speak to their website customer service team who 'reply immediately' according to the page, but with no response. Eventually got a matter of fact response by email referring me to their Shipping Policy page which states that orders had to be placed by 5th December to arrive for Christmas.

Will now miss delivery for my niece's Christmas present and the way this company conduct their business would mean that I highly recommend that you avoid at all costs.

You would think from the website that these products are handmade in Portugal. This is not the case, they are simply reselling Chinese products with a large markup. Go to alibaba.com and you'll find the exact same products at a fraction of the cost.

My order arrived directly from China. It was packaged in a very flimsy cardboard box wrapped in two layers of thin bubble wrap. Unsurprisingly, the glass inside was broken into hundreds of pieces.

In fairness, the customer service was very good. My emails were answered quickly and a refund for the broken glass was processed immediately. But I am left feeling the whole thing was a waste of my time and I would not recommend the company to anyone else.

Every product listed on their website is available on AliExpress for under 1€/piece. The products have more than likely not been reviewed by any food safety authority and should be considered cheap and potentially dangerous.

My niece actually really enjoyed these cups, I gifted her a bear one and a cat one on her birthday and she still has them

avoid like the rona....placed order, no confirmation email...... sent them an email to make sure they received my order......i have been told my order has not been placed but they still acknowledged my PayPal payment but then still refused to try and resolve this...the only thing i got back was basically saying if i want a refund to contact paypal,,,
terrible customer service

Very polite customer service but does not hide the fact that everything takes 4 weeks plus to hopefully arrive. When it doesn’t the courier is blamed and 8 weeks minimum from original order. Everything is sent directly from China and at no point are you told or warned of that. Being informed would be the professional thing to do. Sadly not here. Try telling a child why they still haven’t got the product they wanted 2 months ago. I will not use them again.
