Amazing bespoke wedding rings.
I needed my wedding ring quickly and found the perfect one on Simon and Amy's site. I ordered and was quickly updated via email by Simon. I was advised it would take approximately 3 weeks. I asked if it could be sooner and Simon responded telling me they would do their best.
I was not disappointed I recieved the ring within the week and it is absolutely perfect.
I cant thank Simon enough...the craftsmanship is perfect. I looked for this type of ring for a while, I couldn't of wished for a better ring. Thank you so much! Highly recommend x

Upon receiving my ring, I had unfortunately picked the wrong size too big. I emailed Simon in a panic! (My wedding was only a couple of weeks away!) Simon rang me and assured me he would have the correct size sent out to me within the week. It was actually back with me within a few days! The ring itself is beautiful... lovely quality! I'm so happy with it. Simon you are an absolute gentleman, even going out your own way to personally call me and reassure me my ring would be with me on time. I worked for a retailer for 10 years and specialised in our customer relations department, so I know it what it is to offer top quality customer service. We bought my husbands wedding band from Simon and we are so pleased. The price in comparison with some bigger high street stores is so reasonable. Simon called us and emailed us with updates, whose customer service is excellent. The ring was posted as special delivery so it arrived very quickly once dispatched. I've unknowingly ordered one size bigger but Simon was very helpful on the phone call and offered to make the ring a size smaller at no additional cost. He did an amazing job and now the ring fits perfectly.

After 34 years of wear, my treasured wedding ring became too tight and I had to take it off or lose the ring and probably my finger too. I lost my husband to cancer in 2008 so my wedding ring was the most cherished thing I had left of him so I was gutted to have to replace it. Found this company by accident online and soo glad I did. Ordered a new ring and though it took 3 weeks to be delivered it was so worth the wait! When I called for delivery update, Simon had it sent out special delivery the next day. The customer service of this company is phenomenal, I would recommend to everyone especially Simon, what a great guy. My new wedding ring is absolutely perfect and beautiful , I feel whole again. Simon I'm lost for words I can't thank you enough. Legend .

My thanks to Simon who made beautiful replacement wedding rings for my husband and myself, we've been married for 45 years but ringless for the last twenty. Simon attempted to get the rings to me for Xmas but I had left my order late and he was very busy. He kept me updated throughout by phone, apologised and said he would chase the order as soon as they re-opened on 4th January. True to his word the lovely rings arrived on 6th by special delivery, thank you so much Simon x

A family business providing impeccable wedding bands.

After trying on some men's wedding bands in some of the high street jewellers, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the products in comparison with the price. I decided to look into wedding bands online and, by chance, stumbled upon The Wedding Rings Company. Nothing but 5 star reviews; I can see why. Despite some minor delays in receiving the product, Simon maintained clear and regular communication throughout the entire process. The band arrived today and WOW... perfect size, excellent weight and a mirror finish.

Well what can I say about this company, we found it randomly on the internet, I didn’t give them a lot of time to get our rings ready, Simon and his daughter are just on the end of the phone and are so assessable as I had many of conversations, Simon you was truly amazing even when you got stuck in Paris you rang me and made everything ok….the quality and pricing I know you couldn’t be beat as I did my research. would recommend 100%

Purchased a ring from Simon for my partner based on another jewellers sizing, which proved wrong! Spoke to Simon and he actually collected it from my house and 24 hrs later returned with ring resized.excellent service, no hesitation in recommending and good price too
