Poor customer service. Took a month to get my order. Left messages after messages about my order, was told it was being shipped out which wasn’t true.

They sold me a course of medication for 6 months and said that they would ship each month as I requested my refills. With this"deal", they offered 0% financing through Affirm with payment over 12 months. I agreed. I got my first month of meds and now I am unable to reach anyone at the company. This company sells a scam and then completely disappears with no way to contact a real person and no response to emails or text messages

My order arrived, and I immediately had questions about it. Haven’t used the product yet as I’ve been trying to get answers for two weeks since then, but nobody will answer my emails or texts - and the phone number provided appears to have been disconnected. Questioning whether this business is legit?

Terrible customer service and business practices!!!

From day one this experience has gone so smoothly. I took a chance on The Weight Loss Center and I would do it again. I already recommended my best friend. Lost so far 23lbs. Don’t hesitate just go for it.

This is to inform others of the unethical business practices of The Weight Loss Center. This company is based online and claims to sell weight loss medications that are prepared by a compounding pharmacy and sent by mail to your home. I purchased a six month program for The Weight Loss Center, on November 20, 2023 using Affirm as the financing company. This program was for a six month supply, with a total cost of $999. This company was paid the total cost of this program upfront. I spoke to a man who identified himself as Doctor Oscar. He spoke to me over the phone, to set up my correct dosage of 2.5 mg/ml strength Semaglutide. He told me that he would set me up to receive my medication by mail. He also told me if I had any questions that I could call or text him and that I could use the Weight Loss Center Patient Portal. I received the first vial of medication dated 11/28/23, in December of 2023. I had questions regarding the dosing and administration of this medication. I started reaching out to Oscar by phone and text on January 13, 2023 so that he could clarify the dosing for me. He never responded to any of my communications. I also reached out to a Service manager named Elizabeth on January 15, 2023, after trying their 1(800) number to no avail. Shortly after this the 1(800) number was disconnected and deleted from the Weight Loss Center website. I never received a response from her either. I have only received generic automated emails, but never have received a response from an actual person to assist me with important questions to safely administer the medication. I then reached out to Affirm the financing company to request their assistance in filing a formal dispute on January 16, 2023 after failing to receive a response from the above-mentioned individuals from the Weight Loss Center. Affirm allegedly conducted an investigation on the Weight Loss Center, with the evidence of my texts, email communications and reviews sent from Trust Pilot confirming the same experience being shared by other people just as myself that have fallen prey to this fraudulent company. Even though I explained to several customer service agents from Affirm that I have not received all of the medication that I have purchased in this six month program because I have received no response from actual humans, they actually had the audacity to rule in favor of this unscrupulous merchant just because they sent the tracking number for 1 out of 6 vials that I have paid for in advance. Why should a customer have to be on the hook for a $999 dollar program that only has sent me 1 out of 6 vials of medication. Up to date I have been obligated to pay $666 out of $999, with no help or assistance in getting my money back or cancellation of the purchase of this fraudulent “weight loss program”. I urgently request that you launch an investigation into this company and hold them accountable to everyone that has been defrauded.

Super easy to order and receive my order. Only took 3 days from ordering to receiving. The AI chat portal has helped me create exercise plans based on my personal feedback. Wow i love it! Especially love the fact its only $55 per month with Affirm.

Scam they took my money from October 2023 - May 2024 and I didn't get any products almost $2000 and they won't refund me and I can't get in contact with nobody they are a scam‼️‼️‼️‼️

After doing a great deal of research I decided to sign up with The Weight Loss Center. They have reasonable prices for their programs and even offer financing if needed. The sign up process was easy and the initial required interview went well. I qualified and selected the Semaglutide program. I received my order in a timely manner. The staff at The Weight Loss Center will monitor me as I follow the Rx directions & I'm looking forward to the results. I highly recommend The Weight loss Center!

I was extremely nervous reading all the bad reviews but Steve did deliver and I received the medication 1week later from intake . I am excited to start this journey. I will give a update on the 2nd round of meds , thank you Steve

Was very professional and answered all my questions I am a senior citizen and he made feel confident that I was in good hands and didn’t have to be concerned that I was being taken advantage of.

I was unable to reach anyone for help by phone and email to get my prescription filled for over a month. I finally got someone to answer my email and my prescription was ordered and said I would receive it the middle of the next week, it has been over two weeks and I have not received it yet. I have been three week without my prescription. This is so disappointing!!

I would give a zero if I could. Everything you are reading is true. I had my credit card block them months ago and now they tried to charge it but re arranged their initials . Do NOT USE them, they will seem amazing in the beginning and then BAM, no product , won’t let you cancel . TOTAL FRAUD
