A good deal
My current encounter with your owners proved there are still some honest people in the world.
My previous review may have caught the attention of the owners, and it did take me a while thinking I was scammed, i.e., no calls, unable to update from website, can't get thru an international number, etc. But the response and the manner of communication that give you a sense of respect despite of a misunderstanding were more worthwhile than the purchase. After using two cards purchasing similar PACSAFE backpack - the first transaction did not provide a confirmation - a consumer would have been cheated by taking both payments and sending just one; worse, not one would be delivered. But Michael and his wife did take the time to check the transactions, declining one and gave back the credit. I appreciated that respect. Along with the backpack, I was very pleased with the encounter.
The world was here first - it's not an AI - they are really honest people, and so is a good buy!
