I read reviews about The YBR before instructing them to rent my flat and wasn’t really sure as I hadn’t heard of them before. After talking to Aaron I was happy to go ahead. Aaron and Kish were confident they could rent the flat within a week and they actually did!

Their communication was excellent, they organised absolutely everything I needed and made the entire process super easy and efficient.

I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

January 2022 Aaron advised us on a reliable estate agent - we did not sell after all. April 2023 I phoned Aaron again for further advice and he remembered me !!!! And once again gave me excellent advice. His personality comes through there phone and nothing is too much for him.

Kish and his brother Aaron are absolutely fantastic. They both work so incredibly hard to make sure we are happy and comfortable and always go out of their way to add a personal touch. No problem is ever too big or small and anytime something comes up, they are always on it immediately. Over the years I’ve had many bad experiences with managing agents, but the YBR have been the complete opposite and are a pleasure to deal with. I could not rate them enough!

The team member was so efficient in providing the service we expected. He was able to assist with explanations on all the areas which we were not clear on using the proper and acceptable tone of communication.
