Excellent Customer Service from Gareth Rees
Gareth Rees has been extremely helpful throughout the whole booking experience and responds immediately to all my queries.
As a result, THG is by far the best holiday booking company I have dealt with and I will definitely be booking through them again.

A complete rip off
A complete rip off, advertising a deal on cruise which is actually cheaper if you buy separately. If we had the same cabin and the same flights ourselves we would be £1500 better of. We flew business class and were not allowed to use the Virgin lounge at the airport eventhough we should be able to. We spent over 11k which should have been £9792 if we book it ourselves. The ship is like BUTLIN'S,overcrowded, loud and zero class. Couldn't be more disappointed. Stay away from this ripp off company!

We are disappointed to receive your one-star review regarding the MSC Cruises Caribbean Fly-Cruise package that you booked via Secret Escapes and can confirm that we received your e-mail which we have responded to under ABTA guidelines and will respond further once we have received a response from MSC Cruises.
For the avoidance of doubt, we would like to confirm that THG Holidays are the booking agent for MSC Cruises and that your cruise holiday was an MSC fly-cruise package which included the Virgin Atlantic (charter) flight operated by MSC and not a scheduled flight which was confirmed at the time of your booking. All guests on that flight were sailing on MSC Virtuosa. All Upper-Class guests had access to the Virgin Clubhouse upon presentation of their boarding cards and we have not had any other instances where Upper Class guests had problems accessing this lounge.
In terms of the pricing structure of this cruise holiday, this was set and managed by MSC Cruises as a packaged offer and THG Holidays did not have any control over this. We are disappointed to read you comment comparing MSC Virtuosa to ‘Butlins’ as we have booked thousands of passengers on this ship sailing in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Northern Europe.

Fantastic Holiday Booked with THG Holidays
My family and I have recently returned from a trip to Florida which we booked with THG Holidays and and the service we received was fantastic. Everything was organized with them including trips to all parks and all was perfect. They even helped me check in for my flight the day before going as we were already travelling. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thailand Experience
A really well organised trip with lots of elements using different tour guides. All of the details were clearly communicated in the itinerary with contact details The accommodation in each part of the trip was all fantastic. It would have been useful to have more details about the river raft part of the trip,Perhaps some recommended essentials such as battery packs, battery fan etc.as no electricity. Overall a wonderful holiday.

Puglia was marvelous but hotel guests…
Puglia was marvelous but hotel guests need to be aware that there is no lift to some rooms.
Cruise ship was very tired and food at times very poor quality, although upgraded cabin was vary good as we're the staff.

The Sicilian Tour de Force
The Sicilian Tour was amazing, organised like clockwork. We were the only non Italians in the party, but that made it even more enjoyable. The holiday was made perfect by the excellent guide Davide whose knowledge and patience were truly exceptional.

THG offer bespoke breaks.
THG are excellent at providing a full package tailored to your requirements. Have used them before and intend to use them again. The only reason I have docked them one star is because on our last trip, to New York the transport that was meant to take us into the city from the airport never arrived and regrettably we got right royally ripped off by a ‘taxi’ driver. However that is now lesson learned. It will not put me off using THG as other than this one hiccough they have been excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

Everyone in the booking office were…
Everyone in the booking office were very helpful, the only fly in the ointment was the pick up at the airport didn’t arrive and were unable to contact . The hotel staff were very friendly helpful and polite , the rooms however were not up to the standard I would wish for
