Un fortunately I got a Policy for a day Job. I tried to Log in the app using my email but it show me not recognized, I could not print the policy. I try to get contact with a customer service via chat but chat link does not work. I email them several times. I received back an email with my email and instructions how reset the password. I did it several attempts to reset password but I did not get an email with a link to replace o reset the password. I'm requesting back the money I paid for the policy, I have not received an answer.

Gimble stole my money for insurance that didnt work!!!!

I really needed a same day event coverage that also allowed me to add specific legal verbiage in the COI and I was very very short on time. Thimble was the only one out of all the other ones I researched, and even paid for one unfortunately, that allowed me to achieve this! A lot of my colleagues knew about my situation and are now going to use Thimble moving forward as well. Thank you!

excellent experience, not a single note

Quick and easy process for short term immediate coverage.

I paid 72 dollars for a purchase for insurance for a few hours it was my mistake I paid for hourly insurance. I think even with this I such be charged less. So give you one Star when purchasing that screen was not available the one that show the prices.Any way disappointed.

Ordered general liability insurance on accident and canceled same day. But didn’t receive a full refund.

My policy got canceled for no reason. I always pay on time and never been late. They charged my debit card despite their cancellation notice and I was showing my policy on their website active until January of 2027 and reached out for confirmation and they still want to cancel my policy for no reason. They put my business in jeopardy of losing very important contract for my company.Do not do business with them and save yourself time.

The online signup option made it quick and easy

I would avoid this service as much as humanly possible. Had to deal with Transaction, Processing and Installment Fees. What a surprise!

It's always good working with them thimble it's simple easy to do beans that you can do it by the week is great nobody's perfect so I can't give you five stars otherwise great experience

The online application was easy to complete. The technical support person was awesome to work with and very responsive to my questions.
