I am totally delighted, both with how Think Engine worked and the end product they produced. The team recognised that time was a big factor for us and turned something round ahead of schedule and on budget. Throughout the process Chloe and the team were collaborative and engaging and went the extra mile not only to get the job done, but to a far higher quality than I had expected - they were really amazing value for money. I could not recommend them any higher and will be using them for any further websites I ever build. Would recommend everyone to use them.

We’ve been working with the ThinkEngine Team now for the past several years, which started out with the redesign of one of our Group websites. Ben and Chloe were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process and we were particularly impressed with the communication throughout the build, the extensive knowledge of the Team, and of course, our updated and final website, which looked great. Following this success, the ThinkEngine Team updated and created our other Group websites to the same standard as our initial website build.

We now also make use of their Website Management services on a monthly basis, and Chloe has, as always, been incredible and an absolute pleasure to work with. Updates are always completed timeously and to an incredibly high standard.

We first started working with ThinkEngine a few months ago after one of our senior team noticed their chatbot product and thought it would work well on our website. With several webpages packed full of information for our customers to digest, having this new facility to navigate them around our website – and bring them closer to what they were looking for, was a no-brainer. We’re still in the teething phase of using the chatbot but can honestly say that the team have been a joy to work with – they have been wonderfully responsive and understanding of our needs and will bend over backwards to facilitate any changes we suggest. Likewise they have been proactive when it comes to analytics, reaching out to us when they believe a certain change in the flow would achieve improved results.
