I ordered a set of bathrobes for my wife and I. After we got them, I could not believe the quality and durability of the robes. Every evening, i see my wife wrapped in her new robe. I highly recommend this product.

The customer service was excellent and I live in Australia but when I rang for help regarding their names to be embroiled on their robes they were wonderful and went out of their way to please me and my granddaughters loved them it was a big hit with them so thanks again for your wonderful customer service very much appreciated 😀

These towels just keep on giving. Husband liked last purchase very much. Nice plush towels. Main problem is they keep loosing LOTS of the fabric, first in clumps when first laundered (I washed 10 + times when first purchased) and required multiple stops of the washer to clean out clumps of fabric both stuck to the towels still and clogging drainage holes in washer. Then could only dry for 10 minutes at a time as filter needed cleaning. After 2 months of use, still need to wash separately and clean drains of washer after each wash. Drying can now be done at 30 minutes before cleaning out so much from lint filter. So far still pretty fluffy.

Your return policy states that I would be allowed one free return. I insinuated that my return would include a shipping label for me to return the item. When I asked the customer service rep if I would receive a shipping label I was met with a poor response. The rep cited ThirtyTowels' inability to sustain a viable business if they were to provide return labels. That made me uncomfortable with the interaction.

I understand your policy and I am OK with it. I was dissatisfied with the "free return" language in your policy and the tone of your service rep.

That being said I liked the robe and would consider doing business again. I hope your rep was incorrect about your financial position.

Can't find high quality terry cloth anymore- until you find Thirsty Towels ! Wonderful product- my daughter loves her robe!

We couldn't be happier with the cozy and adorable monagrammed robe for our 2 year old granddaughter. It is very difficult to find a child sized quality cotton robe; the fleece robes don't absorb water, nor do they breathe. The Post Office returned the robe twice in error which was frustrating. ThirstyTowels went above and beyond to quickly resend the robe three times in a two week period to ensure this gift for our grandbaby arrived in time for a special occasion. I was very pleased with my purchase. The robe looked better in person than online. I ordered the heaviest robe available in black with gold embroidery work. The color was rich, the embroidery work was perfect and the quality of the robe was excellent.

Cozy. Heavy but I like that. My husband washed his black robe with my white one which is now a lovely shade of grey.

Placed order to replace wives "nordstroms" robe she had had for quite a few years. The robe I ordered was delivered in a timely manner, and the quality was excellent.

We recently bought a small hot tub and for Christmas everyone received a wonderful, heavy robe. It's perfect to wrap up in on a snowy evening when we come in from the hot tub. The quality is even better than I expected - my youngest daughter has commented on how much she loves the weight of it wrapped around her and once she's in it, it's tough to get her to take it off! I appreciated the personal assistance with choosing a size for my petite daughter and we received our robes promptly. I highly recommend this company.

My mom who is 88 loves to go to an outdoor hot tub in our neighborhood. She goes year round despite temperatures in the 40's during the winter. I bought her a hooded , 24 oz bathrobe which keeps her toasty warm wearing it only over her swimsuit as I push her in her wheelchair to and from the neighborhood pool..... about 5 minutes each way. I messed up with the size on the first one I ordered and it was too long but it fits me great! So I kept it!

I ordered a bath robe for my husband for Christmas. I ordered monagraming and I made an error. They called me on a Saturday to question what I had ordered. I was so happy they did! They corrected it and I received the robe in 3 days. It was beautiful! And free shipping!! I highly recommend them!
