I have not received my dressing gown ordered 3 weeks ago and no reply to any email or be sent and they have my money.

Hi, I ordered a robe and it still not arrived after a week. Sent an email to enquire and still no reply. It’s v annoying.

Product didn’t arrive and unable to contact the company

This company never dispatched my goods, nothing, nilch received.

You are scammers and have been reported as such.

THEY DESERVE MINUS TEN STARS
They have not delivered the goods I ordered and paid for,.
They have failed to answer 7 emails and there is no phone contact - yet they want you to reveiw non existant service and goods !!!!!!!!!

I placed an order 24th Dec and I was told it was dispatched. No tracking number was provided so I emailed them asking for it. No reply and nothing has arrived. Since then I emailed them another 5 times asking about my order. No replies. I am about to do a claim via AMEX. This is completely unacceptable!!! Possibly a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a robe on 22nd Dec. I was told it was dispatched. Nothing has arrived. I have emailed the company 6 times....no replies. I have used the online chat... No replies.
Do NOT use this firm obviously unscrupulous people running a scam. Shame on them taking people's hard earned cash especially in these hard times. Hope karma gets them.

I received an email saying the robe had been dispatched. No tracking included. The robe never arrived . Despite contacting via email and web chat- I have received no response from them.
Sadly , I can’t get a refund as I paid by bank card.
Be wary

I placed my order December 26, and have not received it yet. No delivery tracking was ever provided. I sent two emails requesting to confirm when the item will be delivered, no reply! Visited their website, no phone contact number is supplied, so I was left to try the chat option show there; I supplied the order number and got as a reply that my "order had been fulfilled", clearly not true or accurate, also as a response I was told that further info would be received via email. I could not wait for their email, also knowing that it will never arrive. Good luck I paid using Paypal; I rose a complaint with Paypal and I got a full refund form Paypal straight away. Quite possible that Paypal must have had similar issues with this company. I was obliged to give one star because there is no lower available score to select to proceed with the review!

Order not received, no tracking showing and no response to multiple emails sent. Non-existent customer service and a rubbish consumer experience.

No delivery. Emailed them several times and no response at all. Like other reviewers, I wish I'd read the reviews before. :(.

Not had delivery, chased and had no response!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. That'll teach me. Ordered a bathrobe as a Christmas present but surprise, surprise, there is no sign of it. No response to emails either and no phone number to contact them.

The apparent parent company Loch Inc, is listed at an address in London (PO boxes) and describes itself as a vendor or clothing and footwear through market stalls. No mention of the web based business. The listed director Daanish Sehgal was also listed as sole director on another company that recently wound up and my concern is that this may happen again, once sufficient online orders have been placed and paid for.

Anyway, the good news is that I paid via PayPal and when I raised a dispute with them, I was given an instant refund. I'm guessing that others have done the same for me to get such a quick resolution.

My advice, avoid this company, but if you do choose to give them a try, pay via credit card or PayPal. Truly shocking lack of customer service and appalling, intransigent attitude.

Still waiting for the goods and it’s impossible to contact the company I certainly won’t use them again

I ordered a bathrobe which was slightly too small and wanted to return it in accordance with this firm's policy. However it has been IMPOSSIBLE to contact them and noone has replied to my several emails or messages. My verdict is DO NOT DEAL with this firm!

Painless ordering and delivery and the goods were as described.

Had notification that on a Friday my order had been dispatched with Royal mail tracking number supplied. Parcel
not received by Royal mail by Tuesday.
Sent email to Thistle no reply. Checked tracking on Wednesday parcel with Royal mail, not delivered until Saturday. Not good for 48 service.
