Efficient , speedy and great quality.

The chain is very fine, unable to fasten myself as it only has 1 link to fit the clasp, I live alone so need to wait until someone can help me fasten it

The ruby earrings were as anticipated and my wife was pleased with them.
What was unacceptable was that the price was raise by almost £100 without consultation and between placing the order and receiving the items. The reason given was that material prices had risen. This does not make sense for items already in stock. Unhappy customer!!

The service was fantastic, the website easy to use, delivery excellent. There’s some beautiful pieces of jewellery, however, unfortunately I had to return my purchase as it was a gift and not exactly what we were looking for. I would buy from them again, they were so understanding of our situation

Awful, seems like a scam. I have paid for item, I have paid for delivery, I have paid for customs, 17 eur for a item 45 eur worth that end up 70 eur in total, parcel arrived but item was not in it, just an empty small box. Contacted shop, they didn't took responsibility on what happened, no refund!

Good product and the attempt to get it here pre Christmas. Could just have done with more of an update, or some contact.

Thomas Edward Jewellers were absolutely fantastic when an earring I bought had a faulty clasp. A replacement was offered, but I had decided to change the type of earring which cost more. After exchanging correspondence, Tom the owner of the jewellers excepted what I wanted and even posted it to me on the last day of Royal Mail delivery.
I would definitely use this jewellers and recommend them to family and friends. The service provided was exceptional.

Placed an order really late at night and got an email almost right away saying that the emerald earrings I chose were defective and could I wait til the new line was out. I couldnt, as it was for a birthday so he came back to me with another pair. The pair I received were absolutely perfect. I thought the colour of the stones was so clear and bright and such a gorgeous shade of green. I am delighted with the order and so is my friend who absolutely adored them.
