It was a good experience. Once my review was put in, I immediately received an email to confirm. The person emailing me was very professional and answered all my questions.

I found "ThreeBestRated" ("TBR") as I was looking to submit a performance review on a company. I submitted a few other reviews (i.e., with other review sites), but I can honestly say that TBR was the most effective and efficient, for three important reasons: (1) they actively got back to me very quickly (and multiple times, in the course of the process); (2) they look for depth of detail - and insist on it - so that they can be fully fair to both companies and reviewers; (3) their professionalism (notably: Melinda) is very high in all aspects of their work and communications. I really appreciated both the tone of their interactions and the very high quality of their diligence and work process. As such, I would work with them again, without hesitation; also, I will look to TBR for their ratings on other companies and services - confident in the high quality of their rating system and process.

Very easy to get the text in my review changed. However, I am a bit concerned that whoever did the original text had less than stellar writing and grammar skills. Looking at other reviews I noticed this is also an issue. It looks like whoever is writing this text is incompetent, and whoever is editing this work is not paying very close attention. It does not reflect well on the businesses being reviewed when the text reads so poorly. And also reduces the credibility of Three Top Rated if they allow such sloppy work.

I emailed with a concern about a homophobic owner being listed as a top 3, and they immediately removed them. Thanks for standing in solidarity and taking swift action!
