Outstanding service from Nicholas and all the team at Threemo. It took just over 5 weeks from instruction to completion to sell my late Mother's property - and those 5 weeks included Christmas and New Year!

Clear emails and instructions with phone calls as and when required all helped move the sale along and the response time to all communications and enquiries was exceptionally fast. We were kept updated with progress and the process really inspired confidence. This is an organisation that clearly prides itself on the quality of their service and is prepared to go the extra mile; I received one email on a Sunday, several very early morning and even emails during the Christmas company shutdown period.

Freemo did not provide the cheapest quotation for conveyancing but were warmly recommended by my estate agent as a company that got the job done. The speedy completion has saved money on the council tax, utility bills and insurance we were paying on an empty property, not to mention worry and time spent checking the property, thus making the fee seem like money well spent.

Thanks again to all concerned at Threemo - and well done. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone in need of a conveyancing service.

When Threemo were recommend to me by my estate agent I was a little sceptical as they weren't local to me and I was worried about managing everything online. But my worries quickly disappeared as Nicholas and Jake were very responsive, their online system is excellent and gives a clear overview of where you are up to in the process. Whenever anything wasn't clear to me, I was able to email or give them a call and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
