Three months in, I am nearing extinction!
After drinking 3-4 glasses of wine daily for about 20 years, I decided to stop putting poison in my body and transition to a healthier lifestyle. I found the Thrive website and numerous you tube videos on TSM and NAL and had hope for me. Starting NAL mid January 2025 and fast forward 3 months, I am averaging 4-5 weekly alcohol free days, while limiting alcohol intake of 4-5 ounces on the other days. My goal is extinction and expect to reach this milestone by mid-year. I look and feel so much better and pat myself on the back together with a high five each morning when I wake up after another alcohol free day. NAL is truly a gift for alcohol addiction!!! Thank you for your wonderful support and excellent videos.

Thrive’s podcasts were key in my TSM journey. Tons of information on Naltrexone and TSM to set you in the right track, as well as amazing stories to keep you inspired. After years of trying to cut down, Thrive’s approach to addressing AUD is the only one that has ever given me lasting results. I finally have control over this thing.

Life changing treatment for AUD!
The Sinclair Method (TSM) and Thrive’s educational resources have changed my life! I was a heavy daily drinker, who had failed multiple times using the cold turkey abstinence method. I’ve been using TSM for 8 months, and I can feel my brain rewiring itself to not desire alcohol any longer. I went from having no control over alcohol, to having an off switch. I can now only drink one or two drinks and be done. Thrive is an amazing company proving support to those who are using TSM, and I am so grateful they are out there helping people reverse AUD! If you are struggling, I highly recommend TSM and Thrive!
